hi! my haylou w1 right bud stopped working today. it turns on and then also turns off after 5 seconds. Even when placed in the case, it will turn on and then turn off after 5s then repeat until the battery case is also empty. what do you think could be the problem? the left bud is working perfectly fine. thanks

I did the factory reset a few times on my haylou X1 but they still apears as two different earbuds when im going to connect to them on the bluetooth section of my phone, they dont seem to sincronize with one another =( any other tip?
@@yingNewton I tried again but this time "forgetting" the left bud that was connected, i guess i didnt paid attention to this on the firsts attempts because now worked, thank you very much, you're the best!!
my Haylou w1 stopped working right side today suddenly. And even if I try to reset to factory defaults the right side doesn't show any signs of life, just the left that works perfectly.
@@samwell-21 the right bud seems broken because it's not charging... Have you seen the contacts of the battery case? It must have contacts with the buds and case
@@yingNewton already did that but still my right earbud blinking fast. Usually when earbuds were inserted in the case, the light would turn to red. However, only my left side turn to red and the right side blinking fast.
@@josehenrique-ro7xq it's not pairing that's why keeps blinking... Have you tried putting the left bud into the case and is it charging? Charging should have steady red led
@@samwell-21 resetei como mostra no vídeo, em seguida deixei fora da Case por um 20 minutos, porém sempre olhando,pois eles desligam automaticamente se ficar muito tempo sem conectar com um dispositivo, depois disso eles funcionam normalmente.
@@alexandremackilare5130 o problema do meu é que o do lado direito simplismente não da sinal nenhum de vida. Quando eu faço o reset o da esquerda pisca e tudo mais e o da direita não acontece nada. Por isso o reset não funciona nele.

Yes it has dual connection with independent Bluetooth, you can still use the other bud. The right earbud must charge before use.

My haylou w1 earbud have 2 icon in bluetooth. Means i can connect only 1 side.
