The reason why Abaranger 20 YA focus on cancel culture was because Abaranger wasnt really liked when it aired.
Wasn't that why Mikoto eventually became part of the team instead of staying a villain as originally intended? 🤔

I honestly preferred the abaranger movie way more then the Hurricaneger movie
I’ve not watched the Abaranger 20YA so I can’t have opinions on it yet. But I definitely agree with Jacob that the Hurricanger 20YA is a celebration for the actors, and I absolutely love it. I grow up with Hurricanger as my 1st sentai, so I don’t care much about the plot of the movie and I just love to see more of the actors having fun with the celebration of their film.
Ok so here's an update: The Hurricaneger 20 years after. This I thought was good. I didn't really expect the original cast to be in this to be honest and I had fun with this one and it made me genuinely sad that I was done with Hurricaneger. I think the only week link is their ancestors and how neither one of them were willing to try working together and they had to be told by their descendants to knock it off.
HURRICANGER 20th Anniversary Was Pretty Good ABARANGER 20TH Anniversary All Due Respect YUKITO And RYOGA Aged Horribly RANRU Looks Great In The Movie. DEKARANGER, MAGIRANGER, BOUKENGER, GEKIRANGER, GO-ONGER, SHINKENGER, GOSEIGER AND GOKAIGER 20TH Anniversary Movies I Hope It Happens.
I was disappointed at the lack of Abarepink.
Maybe I went with a low bar with Hurricanger one, I turned out quite like the Hurricanger movie. But oh boy the Abaranger one...
I actually had high hopes for the Abaranger movie before it aired. Then I watched the movie and don't know how I feel about it. But listening to your thoughts and thinking back on it, the more I found it disappointing. I wouldn't call it trash, but it saddened me.
I'll have to get back to this video on the Hurricanger 20 years after because I'm watching the series after Changeman. But yeah Abaranger 20 years after it was fine. Fun yes but the cancel culture plotline was heavy handed I'm not going to lie.
Hasbro and Netflix are really missing out on all the free media and merch they could sell if they would just get off of the MMPR diq already💯💯💯

@kamenrideraquarius they've said they're recasting Tommy for future projects. They could do that for Zane too
No they do not have to do any of that like Sentai

I can see that BOTH of these 20th anniversary films have new armored up forms for our Red Sentai heroes what with Hurricane Red's sage mode and Abare Max's cut-down version of that Battlizer in DinoThunder what with the mix of Red's Abare Mode, the Abare Max helmet, AND the gold chest piece consisting of all the Abaranger's colors. I wonder what you think of Deka Red's new premier armored form that looks like either Tenbin Gold's suit or RoboCop but with Deka Red's style as well as the new SP License in the finish of Deka Red's torso?
Is it bad that I think the Dino thunder battelizer looks better than the new abared form?
No I completely agree. Aba reds new form is atrocious

When you guys said the magiranger cast was on better terms with each other especially magigreen what do you mean by that did something go bad between him and the others
According to what people told me in their Magiranger review; MagiGreen didn't get along with his cast mates

Not gonna lie - I hate Hurricanger 20 years
The ideia was cool, but it feels like a one hour commercial for a new form rather then a HURRICANGER movie (hell, the Hurricangers were useless overall)
Abaranger 20 movie was a gem, 11/10
Ninja Storm did Hurricanger better
