Gentlemen, Thank you both. Have you considered a discussion on the topic of Divination and how variations of the term "mancy" have permeated across language & cultures ? Geomancy, Romance, Dance, Romany, Omen, Tarot, Astrology etc.
The notion of a subtle body is certainly known in early Buddhist understanding. Buddhism has the idea of Nama Rupa, mind and form or mentality(four types) and expressed materiality. Rupa , often called the Five Aggregates. Additionally there are the three levels of conditioned existence, ie, Kama or sensual, Rupa, fine material and Arupa or formless(immaterial)that can be the basis for the manifestation of the five aggregates, according to past actions and intentions, ie Karma.
Interesting subject and comparing different traditions. According to Eastern tradition the individual embodied soul doesn't invent but rather discovers creation, on the other hand, if we are created in God's image we would, theoretically, have a limited (as opposed to unlimited) capacity to create our own universe. Although, having said that, these proposals are not necessarily opposing views.
I find Rupert's discourse consistently engaging and he generally stays on point. This can hardly be said about the ramblings of Mr. Vernon, who consistently prefaces his remarks with "I feel," and "I believe." It is highly questionable whether Mr. Vernon brings much to this "dialogue." Notice how often, for example, the frequency Mr. Vernon uses the pronoun "I." In any event, Mr. Vernon is out of his league trying to keep up with Rupert.
Steiner sort of lost me with the strapping cosmologies. Outline of the Occult Sciences was interesting but he started to lose me when he talked about transitions between Lemurian, Atlantean, and modern. Philosophy of Spiritual Activity was more enjoyable at least because it discussed something that I think I've observed, ie. something like the source of consciousness pealing off at a 90 degree angle from spacial axes or in a way being a bit analogous to what happens if and when you divide by zero.

Esotericist, good word!
Hello, Rupert. Gosh, you're learned! You know every natural science! I wish that I could talk to you.

Gibsonian ecological psychology. Up to date version of this. Perception is based information! Out there.

Try Knowledge of the Higher Worlds for something that might be more "relatable".
