Shoutout to Alex for making us a new door handle! It is SO MUCH BETTER YAY!
Nina, what are you rolling the sausage rolls into? Is that just puff pastry?
Nothing will make an engineer happier than a 3D printing machine 😂 Absolute great video, the diving footage is phenomenal!
He's normally so shy 😂
we're working on that! 🛠️
Loved the chief engineer remarks on nauti styles.. his quarters and engineering station has the best a/c 🎉🎉
Crew morale make a world of difference. Great to see a tight knit and happy crew. I love it.
if I owned a superyacht Nina would be the standard by which I would seek to hire. skill knowledge attitude
Woah - way to leave us hanging with the preview!
get ready..
@@motoryachtloon we are :O
Eeeek when is the next video, I don’t think I can wait!
LOVE! A Canadian joins the Loon team!! Safe crossing ❤️
im from canada and ive never really noticed our accent lol but when you put them in a team with Australians and the British omg you can hear it so bad. haha funny.
AHEM also caught on footage chief officer tyler attempting to drown me at 14:49, unbelievable hahaha!
I saw someone being drowned but it's unclear who. I think he got away with it
New subscriber. Found you through Nina. Boats have always scared me but you guys have inspired me to embrace the water. ❤ Thank you guys.
I think most of their followers came from Nina 😂 she’s great.
The video quality is a step up with Steven.... keep up the good work.
Wow!!!! That under water dive was so amazing felt like I was there, I was smiling the whole time 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼wish you guys all the best for the med season
Thank you!! wish we could bring you all on our adventures
Great to see you all having a good time at the end of the vid.
Thank you. Work hard / play hard 🤙
Loon’s so awesome. The crew that plays together, stays together. Looked like great fun.
One day, I would love to take a trip on M/Y Loon it probably be an amazing experience to do once in a lifetime.
Ready when you are 😎
Congrats on another great Caribbean Season. Have a safe crossing and enjoy the Med this Summer!
Thank you from the middle of the Atlantic 😎
Wow amazing video. Always wanted to see what happens behind the scenes on off days like this!!!
Cheers 🍻 from South Africa 🇿🇦
@@wtpp11111 They clean the entire boat with tooth picks and tooth brushes. When that's finished, the captain forces them to do it all again.
@PreservationEnthusiast Well done man seems like you know what your talking about but it's such ashame because your just jealous because you don't own a 25 mil yacht and I do. Bro get a life man!🤣
Scrubbing the floor with a Smile 😊 Go girl
I am so impressed! I would be in a heap in tears even if I was getting paid to do it!
Hey Cap'n Paul, Thanks for not swinging into my "tiny" little charter boat in the North Sound! It would have def. left a mark ⛵😂. Great content as always. Cheers!
haha, just a figure of speech.. 🛥😳 We often look out at all the Cats in jealousy. Keep doing what you do but next time come say hi 😎
I was really hoping we'd see more of that 3D printer after the tour! Can't wait to see what other little "didn't even know we needed that" items Alex is able to make!
Welcome aboard Sonja! Nice to see that Canadian flag on my screen!
Great video guys! Also loved the NautiStyles video this week! You should also bring on "The Yacht Guy", "Super Yacht Captain" and..."David Seal" from Yachts for Charter.
David’s the man
We plan on them all this summer 😎
Found you by following Nina. Great videos and you are a fun bunch to watch.
I really like this video. What a Great Boat Captain. you are. thinking of the workers. I think it's great that you demand greatness when customers are on board and when there not. and You are Great to add fun time for them and teach them also. I like that y'all work well together. Hi Nina
Great video! Glad to see the crew having fun, welcome aboard Sonja, enjoy the 3-D printer Alex, and dang, what a cliff-hanger!
Great to see you all having fun!
this was such a relaxed vibe of a video with the refreshing time for the crew. Thanks for taking us along on your adventures.
Thanks for watching. 😎
Fantastic video... the crew work dam hard but you can tell they Ll love their jobs. Underwater filming 🎥 , absolutely gorgeous 😍... Safe travels with the rest of the crossing
I love watching you all!!
I love your work ethics!
Nicely done, interesting how much work has to be done to maintain the quality of the yacht..thanks for sharing..😊
Thanks loon for giving chris more camera time. Such a cool dude🤟
A fantastic vid, thanks for sharing!
I can’t wait for the next one from CIC I said those words so many times before!
Stuck on SWS, Man Overboard!
Safe travels across the pond, really enjoy the videos.
What a great crew, captain, and boat
You guys play hard when you can
It's all about work / play balance. It's awesome when all the crew get to go out and Surf and Dive 🛥🏄♂️🤿
Been loving the content lately! Nice work, guys!
Beautiful video! Love the crew interactions. And that is some cliffhanger!
The girls are a HUGE part of the whole team. Please let them know how important they are to everything that LOON does. House Keeping is just as important as navigating to the clients. Maybe more, unless you run a ground. Then that becomes really important!
Keep Safe and Well.
Edit; Paige is my favorite. Sorry Capt. Paul. She just quiter.
Say Hi to Sonia for me, i am from Cardinal, ON, 20 min from Brockville. Nice to see you on board MV Loon. Good luck! I'll be cheering for you.
Loved the dive and music, very well done. Every engineer must have a 3D printer, game changer.
the 3d printer is so much fun all the little things we get to make 🤓
What an awesome video you guys - Loon Crew Rocks! 😊
Thank you that was awesome ⚓️
This #superyacht #loon is so amazing. You have no idea how #happy that you made me to see all of this. The work and the play are stellar to say the least. Many thanks! 🤗
Amazing thank you for the comment. 😁
Great content, smashing it again 👊👍
Loving the vlogs, clearly great team work and especially loving the 3D printer how awesome is that to have onboard!
just for reference that dive site is the Kraken sculpture off mountain point not The Invisibles, the old ship is the Kodiak Queen and is one of only five ships to survive the bombing at Pearl Harbour amazing!. It’s a great dive but you can snorkel it too, I was with friends there just this Sunday, you can make a donation details on the mooring ball
You guys are awesome. Definitely enjoyed watching you guys. See you next season. Janet from Kennesaw Georgia
Great video
Glad to hear and see things that I thought was needed the inside crew and the laser printer
I think this is my favorite video so far!
the engineer is so real for using FREECADDD!!!!!
Solid video as usual :)
The ladies are in such good shape! Everyone is so hardworking. Good job guys!
I am always hanging out for the next video but now I definitely need it - way to leave us hanging. :)
Ok.. 6th time watching this..i keep picking up bits of things i missed.
Great dive video, 🎉
You guys and gals sure do take great care of your super home with the view of views.
Sure makes an old sailor miss the sea.
I am a new. Watcher and you folks are on my top 3 to check every morning and sneak a peek during the day
Fair winds.
Thanks for such great videos and insight on the voodoo you do🎉🎉🎉
The crew works hard, well done all. 😊
great one Steve
Thank you 😁
I agree, getting better and better with every video
Little Miss Adorable is of course awesome, she's from Brockville and the 1000 Islands. A true river rat ;)
Awesome video point! Like most people wish they were longer. Love from Colorado.
ahh we wish too but dropping a 20min video every week is challenging enough 😎
Great video. So much fun to see the behind the scenes. Even superyachts need sanding and touch ups.
Great dive location. Still think the buddy system is a good idea.
Its never-ending maintenance. Even superyachts need love when we can. 😎
Nice video as always. And what a cliffhanger you left us with!
Get ready!!
@@motoryachtloon Notifications on! 🙂
😁😁😁
Great video!
Great video. We always surf with life jackets. Seen the board go into the water and propel its self into the face of the surfer.
Man overboard !!!! Cant wait to see that video
but who was it?
The skillset you guys have is quite remarkable. Good to see you all having a great time after all that hard work.
What a beautiful life ❤
Your Instagram and RUclips are epic! I want to come hang with you guys! What a rad crew to be around. keep it up
Another awesome video. Interesting seeing what you do work wise and fun times while off charter. Looking forward to crossing to the Med. which I figure is a few video's away.
Thank you as always @johnathan. yea a few more to go until the crossing but some good ones and not just BVI charter videos 😎
Brockville! Represent!!
Respect for using Freecad Alex, I don't have the patience for that ui :)
Work hard, play hard.
Ah, that needle grinder.
I worked offshore many times and fell asleep to the sweet sweet sound of that thing...
Crewing is not all fun and games, so these transition vids are very interesting/infornative. As always, the underwater footage is amazing! How much longer are you in Gibraltar? Stay safe!
Thanks, Bubba. We're Mid-Atlantic right now. 10 days to Gib, then another 3-4 up into the SOF. 😎
I recall you saying that Blair moved on with his life elsewhere, but what happened to Shawn and Max? Looking forward to seeing the "crossing". One of these days, Im gonna charter the Loon!
Max is still part of the crew she just hides from the cameras.. we’ll make sure to catch her in a future video
And why did Shauny leave?
I'm a huge fan of the Loon videos! Good stuff! I just wanted to reach out about a question I have. I've noticed that you guys use some kind of rod to keep the HCB away from Loon when it is tied up. I was wondering if you could share with me the details of these rods. We too have a big and heavy chase boat and I'd definitely love to look into what you guys use. Thanks!
They're called Whips. Big fiberglass poles that bend and flex. A quick google search for tender whips should find them 😎
Many thanks for the video. I like it!
What is the sound at the beginning of this video?
So where's Shaun gone? Just time off or a different boat?
Nice boat to explore cost of Faliraki
Could you please ask Nina what is the product that she uses to clean the deep fryer, just asking from a fellow Aussie. Cheers!
I'll find out. Stand by 😎
Work and play! That is the Loonatic way! Cheers all!
3D printer engineers dream tech toy right there. Awesome vlog. Just make subs aware to check they are still subscribed. I noticed it had gone comms quiet from Loon on my You Tube only to find that the algorithm had unsubscribed me. Glad to be back. Greg 🇬🇧
Loving the content. New subscriber. Being an ex Navy Bosun would it be possible to maybe get some insight into the deck department and their roles more in depth? Other than setting up toys and the upkeep of the vessel it would be great to see how the team operates their watch routine, emergency and fire fighting procedures and life saving equipment like life rafts. Other ancillary duties like helping in the galley? Do all the deck team have to hold a valid Commercial Coxswains ticket like in Australia to operate the small vessels? And a basic rundown of all your deck equipment such as cranes/davits, rigging, swim platforms and other things that are essential to the daily operation of the deck department onboard. Cheers
of course we hope to do some day in the life of videos this summer 😎
@@motoryachtloon awesome can’t wait. Keep up the great work!
Nice vlog. You must be on your way to the Med or very close to leaving FLL by now.
Ending with a cliff hanger. Nice move! 😎
Get ready for next week!! 😳
Wow, tons of work to get done. Well done! What were hey cutting out at 11:20?
Do you guys have stabilisers? do guests every struggle with sea sickness?
Gah! What a cliffhanger! 😬
get ready 😳
I”m ready!!
I enjoyed Cory's sunhat-helmet combination 😂
I also cracked up at that ahhaha!
Yall need to do some goodbye videos from now on.
I've watched about a dozen videos so far and you all look so fit! Haven't seen footage of a gym. Is there a gym onboard?
Yes there is a big guest gym, and the crew have a smaller gym up forward 💪
En route to Gibraltar from what I see on Ais👍
almost 1/2 way there 🎶
have been watching your videos for a while now and just got into 3d Printing myself, wondering what Cad software you are using? I currently am trying Autodesk Fusion 360, but it is complicated to learn was wondering if there was an easier cad software to use?
Great question. I'll nudge Chief Engineer Alex to reply 🤓
Can you run the 3D printer while the yacht is moving through choppy water or is it only used when standing still or in calm water?
We tried to use it in choppy conditions on the crossing and it didn’t like it.
Stoked you use epifanes varnish, its the business
Will Loon ever have merchandise for purchase?
surprised to see wood work like the small table stools being done in place. no shop ?
What do they say about yachts? They are a hole in the water into which you pour all your money...
Jokes aside, it's impressive to see the very high regard for maintenance and attention to detail. The diving looked awesome too!
haha isnt that all boats?
Man overboard. This is not a drill..
Lets see next time.
Anyone catch the name of the product Head Chef Nina was using to clean that deep fryer? I’ve got an oven that won’t come clean.
I'll ask her 🤙
Hello Sonja 😘😎
No more Shaun gonna miss that bloke ahahahaha
where is the food coming from for crew
What happened to Chief Stew?
6:04 Are you sure the chefs specified that they wanted a *_door_* knob?
Giving this channel another go after watching the Nautistyles video and I must say the content has gotten better. Seems to be another content creator? I don't want to dis the previous because he seemed like a really nice guy. This video is just a little bit more together storyline-wise. Consider me resubsrcibed!
If you are going to show deep cleaning, we (or at least I) need a before and after to compare the difference. 😁
❤
