- 7 days, a big family charter, and ALL MEALS onboard - it was a busy one! Having kids onboard is always fun, it means everything is a bit more relaxed, the service and food are a bit more casual and this trip we even got to try our hand at WATERMELON CARVING?!

i have just caught up with you and your channel. As a chef for over 62 years I must say I am impressed with your professionalism, style and of course most important, cleanliness. Very entertaining, I have subscribed and rung the bell.
Every time i watch these videos i get a hankering for the whole "foodie" experience. It would be great (although very difficult to arrange) to see an interview with a charter client detailing their high points of the charter, along with what they didnt love for whatever reason. That is one vlog i would pay for.
My 8 year old son watched this with me and he wanted to make sure you know when he comes on the boat he would love those fruity carvings and he'd eat all the fruit, the plain pasta, the cinnamon rolls, that awesome looking sourdough and of course the bacon. This was right up his alley. If you see Matthew Sundberg on the guest list, be prepared to carve up some watermelon and boil some noodles...lol

Chef, the thing that impresses me, above your talent for creating unique dishes, is that you make it look effortless.
It's awesome watching a crew of professionals, getting along and showing us what we're missing in Below Deck seasons... They make it seem on the show that this job is absolute chaos and it's impossible, but you guys are ready early, the water pool looks awesome and I feel like Below Deck should probably check this out so they can up their game a bit!

The dedication of the crew and staff along with a very positive attitude (that is to say LOVING THEIR JOBS,) adds a caring dimension to anyone who's decided to charter this boat for a singular adventure. What's amazing to me is that the ONLY purpose of the kitchen staff and aboveboard crew is to provide the best possible experience that they can. Great video, Nina! I loved seeing the huge variety of food you and Sean put out. The watermelon carvings were adorable. It was fun to see all of the different table decor setups that the girls did, too, thanks for including that. The sped up footage was a great way to squeeze everything in and show the passage of time on this charter.

Great video. Very well done. I would love to be there and eat your food. You need to be very careful lighting charcoal under the extractor fan. If there is even a little oil up there, it is all too easy to set it on fire. I know, I have done it.

WOW! Beautiful yacht and darling crew! So impressed!? I have been on yachts under 90ft. We were the cooks, which is fine. But I can’t imagine not having to lift a finger! The chef is amazing!!!

Oh my god, all of that food looks amazing. If I ever manage to get a yacht trip and was asked what I'd like to eat, I'll just point at this video and say...all of that. "would you like some.." Yes Please! Any of it. All of it. :)
I would have liked to try that squash puree dish. I've never heard of or had agnolotti before.
And my personal favorite of the fruit animal carving wars would be the Pig. Really clever to make a little grill area on it's back.
