Paige should be the one who interviews Blair. Question to ask people: What was a thing you didn't know and were surprised to learn when you got into yachting?
The reason I started watching you was because of Nina! I was watching her channel and followed her! She is GREAT at what she does The most organized person on the planet I think... truly!! I love to watch her cook. Missed you girl when you took a little break glad to see you back! LOVE LOON.... Can't wait to book a trip on day when the lottery hits! Plus I love to sail boats.... Safe trips this year to all of you! XOXO
Thank you. There is little that is more satisfying than getting to know the people you see regularly. As a regular viewer, I really appreciate getting to know your crew better.
I subscribed to this channel because of Nina and I have been pleasantly surprised by the quality of Blair's work. Well done Blair and also to Capt Paul for keeping this channel up and running and also giving us access to the inner workings of a motor yacht. Looking forward to the upcoming videos!
Can't wait for Sean's question session. lol He might not show up on time. :) This is a great idea and it's great to see how well everyone gets along. This truly speaks to good leadership. When there is clear vision and clear direction it all falls into place.
Subscribed immediately when capt. Paul pointed out that 75% of us viewers were just viewing without subscribing. Sorry about that! 😄 I first started watching your videos when you featured Nina as your new chef (I’m a longtime subscriber of her channel) and I became so engrossed that I didn’t notice I wasn’t subscribed ✌️
I first thought Page had a disco ball in her laundry room😮🎉...but then saw it was a ventilator.😅 Thank you for further introducing the crew Blair..curious to the other ones. Keep on doing the good work, bravely forward and sail on today's wind (or at least try).😅❤🎉
GREAT video! I really look forward to your next Crew Q&A. I'd like to know the following: - What food do you most miss while on charter? - When you have a problem with your bunk mate, how do you handle it? - For the engineers - do/did you ever regret going into yachting since your skill set is always needed on the land? - If you could work on ANY other yacht (other than Loon), which would it be? - Where would you like to travel while on charter that you haven't already been? - What will your future be - yachting or something else? Thanks!
As a South African Durbannite I truly love this show. Paige is definitely a Durbannite with the Afrikaans disability 😅😅😅😅. My Mom was a Highschool Afrikaans teacher and I couldn't speak it to save my life
Great that we're seeing more blogs and clips every week now, I cant get enough of it. I would pick the same things as most of these guys and I'm guessing Sean will be the last to be interviewed, don't know why, just a feeling I have. Except, i don't really know her that well but I bet Paige would be a ball of fun on a night out but at the same time, I think the whole crew would be my choice every time. Can't wait for tomorrow, keep safe and keep these blogs coming, take care guys.
A great idea for a video, nice to know a bit of everyone's background. Captain Paul, congrats on picking such a great crew. Can't wait for more of the same.
Surprised all liked the Caribbean better than the Med. Love to hear each crew member compare and contrast life and work aboard Loon and free time in the two locations.
The cities on the European yacht circuit are super crowded, and each port comes with a lot of red tape and rules. The Caribbean is more laid-back and people are friendly and helpful.
Max's yachting story must have been a doozy since it got cut. Mine involved a drunk guest who took a jet ski to a neighboring yacht while dressed as a pirate and held a family hostage until the captain came and physically removed him off the boat. Or the 'rap' star who wanted us to get her a pound of weed in the Bahamas and to sample it ahead of time so we knew it wasn't weak or laced, and also wanted all the stems and seeds removed before we gave it to her, and request a refund back from the dealer for all the stems and seeds removed because she wasn't payng for that. When we told her 'We can't do that for you' she wanted off the boat and a refund or she was going to call the Coast Guard and say we were kidnapping her.
Ill be honest I did find your channel because of Nina, she showed up on my news feed witha day in the life of a chef on board, after that video I had to know more about the boat. I now am so intrigued with your journey. Im an Aussie and love the mix of the crew its great
We truly enjoyed this video. Not being familiar with the industry it’s helpful to know what each position actually does. Why are so many crew members from SA? Thank you! Keep up the great work Blair!😊
Best vlog yet. We know we can't see the guest. Thats normal. The MV Itself is the vlog. The people who look after her. The work that takes. Keep up the great work. P.s. i love nina. When is her next vlog out? I am subscribed to her channel as well.
Great insight into crew and responsibilities. Love knowing backgrounds and how they got started with their current job and past experiences! Crew seems very passionate in what they do.
I would have never guessed that Loon is an older boat. She is so well laid out, beautiful and most importantly not overdone like a museum piece. If I was to ever be an adult owner I’d be a bad owner because I like to do things for myself and would always want the crew to join in on the fun of the boat.
@@Reckless_Ardor Not sure but the way it was described I took it as being a slightly older boat either being a few years old or having been through a refit. Either way she’s a beautiful boat and i honestly don’t see why anyone would need any bigger of a boat. I myself could very comfortably live on Loon 180. I’m sure Loon 221 is a bit more stable on the water though and capable of carrying more toys.
I subscribed because EVERY SINGLE VID y'all post is so very quality 🤩💙 Keep up the great work, guys! This is all fascinating- behind-the-scenes, the views, the foods, the crew- love it all !
Bloody freaking legends 👏 full sending never lifting 😏 🤙 mobbin deep 🙌 hahahaha sean is late since when ooo can we get Franco, Moo, Tristan, heck the entire crew interviews everyone has interesting stories have a good weekend loon crew love the vibes
great video..:) . nice to know more about you guys. and you guys really are great..!!! i get the impression that you all like "people" and it makes you great at what you do.....:)
Randomly took a photo of your yacht docked in Split while my wife and I were on vacation in Croatia this summer...well before even knowing about your social media presence. Great find indeed and really enjoy the background dive into your lives.
That last piece with the rain was exciting. It’d be interesting to find out what guests do when the weather cancels beach activities and even hanging on the deck isn’t possible.
Huh, I guess I was one of the nearly 75% of people that weren't subscribed. Apparently you're putting out enough high quality content that youtube was keeping you in my recommendations. Subscribed, dongled the bongle, smashed that like button, left a comment...
Well, it seems like RUclips was doing its job by recommending our videos to you! We're glad you enjoyed the content enough to subscribe and leave a comment. Keep dongling that bongle, my friend! 🛥🥂
Blair and Paul awesome a get to know the person video. I thought I'd answer you both right away as I wouldn't want to be late like Sean or Franko lol. Question does Loon have any plans on doing SE ASIA or Australia New Zealand and or French Polynesia and close vicinity? Yes more of these get to know the crew video's would be awesome you could even add a couple per Loon episodes to always keep up to date.
The problem with that is the distances involved, it costs a lot to get there and even on location, the cruising between ports is a lot longer than the Med or Caribbean which is why most large yachts stick to those two destinations.
Blair, your content is captivating. I stumbled on the first one and keep on watching. But at now at 1:30 in the morning I really should be going to bed.
What if Loon could arrange a subscribers contest and take what a dozen winners for a short trip. Maybe through a patreon drive or something. That would be cool.
In port, have crew member give a tours of highlights (good/bad) type of considerations and where it stakes on place to visit on a charter. The later could be a session on it's own. Nice to get perspective from the team's expertise.
That was awesome can't wait to meet the whole crew . One day one day of making the dream come true 🎉 So do the crew get christmas off ? Do they all go home for Christmas??
😂😂😂Sean you get some work to do buddy 😂it was nice meeting the crew and where can I send my cv for you guys to have on file for a deck hand position in the future 😅
Love love love the videos guys. Maybe mention when asking people to subscribe that you tell them it’s free to do it. You would be surprised to know a lot of people don’t know that. Di
Please make the Q&A with Shaun an episode by itself, I think we’d all appreciate it 😂😂😂
This episode was very entertaining as well as informative. Thank you! Good job!
Thank Nina because she is the reason I follow your channel.🚢
yep. same! Nina's channel is awesome!
Yep, I too am here because of Nina. Found her channel and Loon as come from that.

Same here, glad she came aboard Loon, great crew.
Same here also.
Same.

I wish this video didn't end! Just awesome guys!!!!!
This was much more entertaining than I expected. Poor Shaun lol
Fantastic vlog, enjoy every second. Best wishes from London UK
Nina is so natural in front of the camera I love her energy.
Can't wait for Sean's question session. lol He might not show up on time. :) This is a great idea and it's great to see how well everyone gets along. This truly speaks to good leadership. When there is clear vision and clear direction it all falls into place.
This is awesome. Thank you all for taking part in it!
Max is probably the most high profile crew member being responsible foe arranging guests requirements over and above the norm

What a great idea this video was; laughed and entertained from first moment until the last blooper!
Now I need to know why Max’s yachting story had to be edited out. Must have been a really good one.
Was thinking the same.
Probably guest related.
Thirded
Ninas was guest related@@FlightData101
I found Loon because I followed Nina’s channel. Loon popped up and I liked the channel, but I’m def stay cause you have Paige and Nina.
Great video and you can hear how the crew respect each other. Look forward to seeing the other crew members.
You catz are the best of the best! Capt Paul you have put together the most awesome crew

You guys are a whole personality! It’s very wholesome to see you guys open up the yacht life!
I'm a fellow Saffie living in the UK. Love that there are so many of you on Loon! Just discovered your channel and love it!! 😍

Love boating or yachting . Your videos bring me back to it . Thank you 🙏
I love the interview style of asking the same questions because it's so interesting to hear everyones perspectives 😂 Poor Seanie 😂😂
Haven't missed an episode yet & this may be my FAVORITE! Great content! Fantastic as always!
Question: Favorite place to spend 10 quiet minutes on the Loon.
That is a good question. They all get breaks throughout the day (while on charter), what do they do or how do they spend their time?
Really enjoy getting to know the Loon family. Reading the comments is also revealing - many of you need to catch up on previous videos!
A great idea for a video, nice to know a bit of everyone's background. Captain Paul, congrats on picking such a great crew. Can't wait for more of the same.
You guys bring Paradise home with every video!Thank you
Brilliant, brilliant. Cannot wait to meet you all on my charter.
Great video guys and gals. I love your professionalism and that you still have fun and friendships.
The reason I am watching this video is thanks to Nina's channel!❤
Thanks for coming 😁
Isn’t Nina the best! We’re lucky to have her 🛥️🥂
Excellent video showing how much of a cohesive team you are. Most interesting channel I've found. 😊
Great Video, love all the positivity from the Loon Crew! Great Job Blair!
So many Durbanites on Loon! From Durban myself, started watching fairly recently, but really surprised so many of the crew are from Durban! 💌

Rappers can't swim, can they? 😛
@@LittleBigMediaCo well they can't do words, that's for sure 😆
Good lord.
Such a nice video!! Thank you, Loon crew!
If I ever have the money for a yacht vacation it’s definitely going to be on Loon! Keep up the great vids. 👍
Great video! Loved it! Can't wait for the Blair interview and always happy see Nina!!
How do you handle medical emergencies on board. Do you have a crew member on board that is an EMT. Love the videos, keep up the good work
Ill be honest I did find your channel because of Nina, she showed up on my news feed witha day in the life of a chef on board, after that video I had to know more about the boat. I now am so intrigued with your journey. Im an Aussie and love the mix of the crew its great
And she's a dive instructor! Nina may be PERFECT!
Her new(ish) husband is indeed a very lucky fellow.
We truly enjoyed this video. Not being familiar with the industry it’s helpful to know what each position actually does. Why are so many crew members from SA? Thank you! Keep up the great work Blair!😊
Great video! We need the whole crew to go through! Very entertaining 👍🏻
Loved this episode. Look forward to seeing you interviewed Blair and think only fair that Shaun does it...!
Great idea to introduce the crew. Loved these interviews, can’t wait to see more.
Brilliant!
Good folks all of them!

Alex's answer to What do you do on Loon was a Social Media Managers wet dream! Links to more content! Aces, Alex!!!
