Hi! Nailtech of 7+ Y over here! ☺️ There is no such thing as letting your nails breathe. It’s actually worse for your nails to get the acrylic/gel taken of for a few days/weeks… and then getting them back again. Best is to get them done consistently by a professional. That way your own nails don’t get damaged. 😘
Oh and also don’t rip them off yourself. That can damage the natural nails a lot. 😊

Sam I completely feel you when it comes to the stress of cleaning your room, especially if you have to make one or two trips up and down the stairs to throw things away….it can be a lot. However, it’s pretty beneficial since you get 2 things out of it……1: you’re cleaning up your room, and making it look so good and 2: having to pick up clothing, bags, boxes, etc and going up and down some stairs….that can double as a workout because your working out your arms and legs. So it’s actually a win-win situation because you’re getting a clean room, and a workout in.
