Great content! I I like the format you used on this video and talking with and following up with the Host to see what effect changing sections of the listing had on bookings would be fun! I usually advise Hosts to have both a smoke detector and a carbon monoxide detector. I noticed alot of listings have the smoke detector but don't add a carbon monoxide detector. Technically, you don't need a carbon monoxide detector unless you have gas appliances/furnace or bulding codes require it. Since there have been (tragically) carbon monoxide poisoning deaths at Airbnbs, I recommend Hosts install them even if technically they might not be required (most building codes require them now in the US). Having one in the listing also prevents the strike through on carbon monoxide detector on the amenities list on the listing (strike through on anything is a negative). Carbon monoxide detectors are also relatively inexpensive. I have noticed many listings outside the US don't have carbon monoxide detectors 🤔🤔

What time so many things, it’s hard to know where to start! If I were a beginner, I would start with figuring out how Airbnb would fit into my overall portfolio, and how much time I have… And then the next thing would be to figure out a market to invest in

If you could start over from scratch how would you start your Airbnb, what would you do different can you do a video on that?

There is a world limit on the more about the space section. We had to cut our verbiage short to make it fit.
