In my opinion, you should most definitely monetise where you can and not be coy about it. You wouldnt be able to monetise if you were not in some way creating value. Value is clearly subjective but im sure you get my point. Go for it.

It all make sense and I'd give you even extra like for favoring family time over the videos 👍. Amazing how you handle all those activities anyway. I don't think you should fear affiliated links, I'm sure you'd make it work meaningfully :-)

Housing prices are unlikely to significantly decrease until there's a substantial increase in housing supply. In the USA , there's a shortage of millions of housing units, and construction isn't keeping pace. The constant demand for housing, coupled with population growth, means that even a slight price drop attracts numerous buyers who quickly absorb the available supply. I'm considering purchasing affordable houses in 2025 and possibly venturing into stock investments. When is the best time to enter the stock market? Some people say it is profitable , but others say it's risky. Any advice?

I tested all those and after upload my room the result was a joke, furnitures on the stairs, stairs glued on windows, or the composition looks like 4 years old child glued one room to other xD
