Do you prefer Stessa or Baselane for rental property?
Still using both! Stessa cash management (banking component) we have set up for the STR and Baselane is set up with our long term rental because it’s got automated rent collection features (and Baselane is newer/ came after we already had our STR set up).
@@lydiapatelll Yeah I am currently using Stessa as well but looking to transition to Baselane b/c better UI. Although Stessa also has an automated rent collection feature too. Baselane seems more versatile with our other properties such as mixed-use with commercial tenants (has invoice feature).
@@nahcnodnarb Yeah I love Baselane's UI and the multi-unit multi-account thing makes so much more sense. The only thing missing is an app.. which I think they're working on but isn't ready. :-(
@@lydiapatelll Yes, I hope the mobile app will be released soon. Depositing mobile checks and categorizing transactions is clunky with the web version on mobile. Also no reports from baselane on mobile right now :(
