Hey, thank you SO much for helping us learn the OTHER side of filmmaking...the one that very few people talk about, yet IS important. I've heard it said that no one notices when the audio is good, but everyone does when it's bad, but I think you're helping us take our audio to the next level (so our audio will be so good people notice!)
@@skylerburtphotos Thank you!!! I used to do a little food photography when I worked for a media company before COVID hit, and I've been learning video this last year little by little, but then I found your channel, and I now REALLY appreciate the work you are doing to make these tutorials!
May I ask you what camera and lens do you use for this video ? On the description I saw Fujifilm X-T3, is it correct for this video ? I saw and read you used CANON on your previous videos.
This is fantastic! If making a 30sec to 1 minute video; any longer than that and you'll be spending some long hours editing. I think it's more efficient if you spend more time soundproofing your room as much as possible thus reducing your editing time. Also, when capturing specific sounds, make sure to save them and create your own library so that you may reference them for future use; this will definitely cutdown in you future productions.
yes creating you're own library of sounds is a great idea, especially if you're shooting food! If I could, I would sound proof everything, I've always tried capturing good sound, but since spending a lot of time making this video I can now hear what my plants sound like haha!
Hi... I want to start a new mukbang asmr channel....but sounds are not coming property in boya mm1 mike....how can I get the asmr sound if I start a eating channel?
Nothing like seeing the efforts of good audio-visual in all its glory! Your videos are the best!

No problem 👍
The video title does remind me of the brilliant and hilarious Røde Food Mic Pro April Fools joke, a few years ago.
But love your video.
Now I really want to watch that
