I’ve been watching your videos since I found out I’d be transferring to Boise. Thank you for all of the wonderful insight. These have been really helpful!
Since the last snow dump in late Dec-Jan, it's stayed unusually cold for a long spell so the snow is sticking around the properties/homes, but the roads are clear...daytime 40°F is like a heat-wave in our Emmett winter! 🤠
It can be colder weather when there's an inversion, so I guess there's a higher chance of ice on the road. But other than that it's not significantly more dangerous.
this is awesome.... I LOVE the cold!!! and I hate the heat.... every since I was a child I could not wait for the summer to be over and for cooler and colder weather to come in...I am originally from Austria but have been in California since over 20 years now and I hate it there.... I think CA is so very overrated and I can't stand being here anymore, I am so done with it... I hate the constant never ending summers and all we get is 1 week of winter if at all, its depressing... and of course I also hate the fire’s everywhere, over population, too many people on drugs, high taxes and everything costs an arm and a leg, since people here keep voting democrat, I feel like I am living in a Socialist country... 😡 🥺 😞
@@Dsrgreyy Not as hot as California and the summers are not as long as California..... I am in CA right now for many years and absolutely hate the weather here....its like living in an oven for 7 months.....Urghhh...Boise summer s are only 3 months just like in Austria. And I have been to Boise for 2 weeks from end of July to Aug. and it was no where near as hot as CA...
@@WhiteKitta I guess it depends where you are, I’m in north county and doesn’t go over 90 often. My friend in boise tells me there are a lot of 100 plus days there
@@Dsrgreyy there can be a view days over 90 for sure and I will just have the AC running on the strongest setting..but from what I heard it cools down at night anyway while most of the summer night time in Ca stays warm or hot and without an AC on I can't even sleep......plus the summer is not over 3 months long ...so I can deal with a view days of discomfort...

Yeah totally-we had a really cold January but no snow! Hoping for some powder soon!!
Is driving dangerous during an inversion ?
