When samael says "sometimes the hero dies in the end, ask your brother." It made me think of war dying at the beginning of darksiders 1. But now I think he means strife, as if he knew something death didnt, like how one of strifes guns ended up in the forgelands and the other in wars grasp. Hmmm...
I had similar effect just from some possessed gauntlets towards the end, if I could counter - instantly get all health back. It was the sole reason I was able to do the crucible X)
You know, watching others play this game, they make dodging look easy. Half the time for me, Death goes the wrong direction because I moved my stick at the last minute after pressing the dodge
i got this game literally day after new years eve, 2020, on my first computer. good game but if you want the graphics to look as good then get a custom pc
The problem with vannila darksiders 2 it only has less boss to match death's persona and his journey beside the final boss or Archon. I wish we could fight more powerfull and challenging prominent angels, demons in judeo-christian myth or avatar of abrahamic god itself here.

Achidnids clawe were super op, any time you got hurt you can counter with those claws and immediately get most of your health back...
