However, to make it clear, Kyegegwa is the drier bit of Tooro (as a land), and not the driest bit of Uganda. For context, Kasese is drier than Kyegegwa.

That fruit is medicine for diabetes. It regulates sugar level in the body. In northern Uganda, we call it Ocao /Oceyo

I had a busy 2 days with the church I do caretaker for as they had a choir Day on Saturday with Guest Choir members from another church .and Sunday being the Easter service day only Saturday was the day I got to make a video and upload to my channel.

Ugandans are friendly and the ones on this side are definitely friendlier.
Not every Ugandan is all smiles,a large a significant no especially the wealth ones fence themselves inside.

I like Uganda because Ugandans are so humble, respectful and friendly, the country is so green even the driest area is just green, unfortunately Ugandan towns are so small and less developed they look like shopping centres
Yves used a backroad to go south, the main road is full of pot holes , he coukdnt make it out of Uganda. That is why youndont see big towns , do you notice traffic abscence.

Despite the violence during elections in Kenya, we still did not try to put Kenya down. Pallaso is just ohne individual. But are there prisons in Kenya, and if so, are they empty?

When that man said it's the driest part 😮 I was like no, that green still looks like a paradise! The hills, the vegetation, the rainy-like weather, the tree canopy, the red soil, its simply.....amazing!
There are no dry areas in Uganda. There is plenty of food and that helped when many were displaced by Iddi Amin. It's not for nothing that the British called Uganda the pearl of Africa. Their first leaders really messed them up with their frequent coup d'etats.
@@MsJamba09That is not true the north eastern part. The central part receives more rain than any other part of Africa. We get attacked by every body about the roads. Two things kill a tarmac road rain and traffic, we got both .
Love your enthusiasm and friendly interaction with the people you meet but also worry about your personal safety of road travel because of the trucks that pass you by. Please do research on your approach to countries where the truck density on the roads is very high compared to Uganda. In South Africa there are literally thousands of trucks on all the main routes. I am a black South African and over sixty. I am being serious this time, thanks for letting me learn about my African brothers and sisters and the parts of the continent which they inhabit. This continent is soooo beautiful and the people are super-friendly and so innocent. You'd wonder why Africans are despised outside the continent by those who believe they are better when they are not.. I can see that the tourism potential is largely untapped in Africa.. Africans need to rise and take advantage of this business opportunity gap..
Despised? I don't know anybody that despises Africans. I have never been to Africa, but I think people are people. I know a few Africans here, families that moved from countries in western and eastern Africa. They're lovely people. I think African immigration is not well liked, lots of bad news reports, but that doesn't mean people dislike Africans in general. I would love to visit Africa.

You'll have noticed that I am a black South African.. I grew up partly under apartheid where to be black was criminalized.. I doubt if you don't know that all over the world, outside Africa, and even in north Africa to be a black African raises suspicion and discomfort. A minority of poor blacks in South Africa, years ago were openly hostile towards our brothers and sisters from the north.. I know it could be linked to economic issues and crime but who says Pakistanis and other Asians are not involved in crime? I visited Hong Kong in 2008, out of all the passengers who walked out, I was stopped by the airport police and frisked without a reason being given.. At the fashion show which I had gone to visit, one Chinese lady asked what I was doing at the show.. I found this strange as I happened to be the only black person at the time.. I am not saying everybody does this but it does happen.. Blacks know better...

@@dochere-bolelwang😊😊. This happened to me when I arrived in Chengdu , China. Had arrived with a KLM flight from Amsterdam. The custom staff were very relaxed as people exited. They jolted up when they saw me, an African and called me aside to frisk and question me. Had papers for an international conference so they let me go.
8:47 That fruit is called amatungulu in Luganda. They are mostly found in villages and sadly, they are not grown for commercial purposes!
