This is one of my favorite recipes ever. Once you make it, you'll keep making it. I've done it without the Spinach, without the bacon, I've added mushrooms, added red bell peppers, used smoked Gruyere or mozzarella, lactose free milk, etc. It can be tweaked in so many ways. I made this dish twice now. The first time I served it over rice, the second time I served it over mashed potatoes. Everyone in my household loved it. The sauce is incredible - creamy and savory. I dried my own rosemary and that flavor really came through. The chicken came out so tender. Wonderful dish!

Very delicious I made it No white wine And I used chopped asparagus instead of spinach Súper super tasty my hubby was so happy and in love with me more 🥰
I made this recipe tonight. I think it needs a few tweaks. First, I think it would taste better with chicken breasts. Then I'd cut the white wine to 1/4 cup, and make it a small onion instead of a medium one. I think that would make it perfect for my family anyway.

Just got a lot of inspiration with this recipe! I'll try cooking the bacon first so that the chicken can cook in the bacon fat. Instead of onion, I'll use a shallot, cook it down a little before adding the garlic and spices. Also thinking about shredding the chicken at the end if I am going to serve with rice or noodles. OR some blackening seasoning and make a little cajun, the ideas are infinite!
Very good! Thanks, Claudia! I had to make some subs, and still delish! I had to cut the wine and use lemon towards the end, since I have a toddler. I cut the bacon and added more spinach, still yummy! So easy. Definitely will add this to my weeknight repertoire. Wish I could eat egg noodles. Sounds amazing!
This looks so yummy but the recipe didn't show for me. Edited: I got the recipe. The only thing I didn't have was rosemary. And my stomach is sensitive so I subbed the half and half with almond milk and added corn starch to thicken it up and OMG. 😋😋😋 GIRL THANK YOU FOR SHARING THIS AND ALL YOUR RECIPES. Sooo yummy!❤❤
