Saw the Eagles live July 21, 2008 in Toronto. I took my 20 yr old son who is also a huge Eagles' fan. I only managed to get seating way in the back row but we still enjoyed it. My son was so happy just to be there. That night at home I came across 2 front row centre tickets on a resale site for the July 22 show. So we went again, but I didn't tell my son where we would be seated and it was a complete surprise and shock to him when we were lead to our seats. I was sitting directly in front of Timothy and my son in front of his idol Don. We both got guitar picks handed to us from Timothy and Don. I've always had a crush on Timothy so when he kept smiling and making eye contact, I could have died. I just love this man and his beautiful voice. Best night ever.

Schmitt was a member of POCO from 1969 till 1977. He has recorded vocals with Steely Dan, Freddie Mercury, Linda Ronstadt, JD Souther, Andrew Gold, and Firefall. He's been a member of the Eagles since 1977. I'd say a musical career of that caliber isnt being "overlooked".

God he's got a kickass voice. And he's had it since way way back in the Poco days. He was my favorite member of the Eagles and sang my favorite Eagles song: I Can't Tell You Why. And he's a kick butt bassist and guitarist and songwriter as well. Such talent. It's cool that his voice is still spot on. Most vocalists have lost it by the time they get his age.

Reminds me of my niece when she was a baby. This song was just out then. My sister's husband left my niece and sister for my sister to raise alone. We took my niece to Vegas to give her some happiness, as we were driving back to California, a lone truck driver had hovered over us from the hot sharp sun at about 4 pm. This lasted for miles, as my baby niece sat in my lap as my sister drove along to this song. This song was playing on the radio.... I realized that the truck driver was protecting us from the sun, and he must of missed his own family too! (No he wasn't a pervert, this truck driver was sincere, I could tell on the expression on his face!) Very innocent! Music is magical after all these years! Good memory about this song!

God he's got a kickass voice. And he's had it since way way back in the Poco days. He was my favorite member of the Eagles and sang my favorite Eagles song: I Can't Tell You Why. And he's a kick butt bassist and guitarist and songwriter as well. Such talent. It's cool that his voice is still spot on. Most vocalists have lost it by the time they get his age.
He has a superb voice and style. This man is kind soul. 😍😍😍

I grew up with their music and learning to play the guitar on them. Eagle's greatest hits album, (vinyl LP) AND the same songbook with the chords for guitar. This song came along later, of course, after hell froze over. The best song from that CD... Imo.
Reminds me of my niece when she was a baby. This song was just out then. My sister's husband left my niece and sister for my sister to raise alone. We took my niece to Vegas to give her some happiness, as we were driving back to California, a lone truck driver had hovered over us from the hot sharp sun at about 4 pm. This lasted for miles, as my baby niece sat in my lap as my sister drove along to this song. This song was playing on the radio.... I realized that the truck driver was protecting us from the sun, and he must of missed his own family too! (No he wasn't a pervert, this truck driver was sincere, I could tell on the expression on his face!) Very innocent! Music is magical after all these years! Good memory about this song!
