As an independent shop tech. I can vouch for the Matco quick torque. Other than most Hondas it covers your needs quick for a cost effective product.
As a previous journeyman in electrical. I'll never ever ever ever not use a Fluke. Generally 115. Great share. Thanks
I've had both, the top of the line Snappy is nice with app to use phone, especially on over the road stuff
Properly bringing a battery back from the dead should take at least 48hrs. Anything faster then that would not be properly desulphated. No matter what trickle charger big or small I've used I always leave it on for at least 2 days if not more. Industrial worksites (mines sites for example) will have rooms dedicated to just having multiple battery on trickle charge for days on end.
Being these truck companies do not make these tools (mostly), this torque wrench appears to be the ATD tools 12555 with a retail of about 60-65 bucks. Taiwanese made so probably rather decent quality. Thanks for the video. Always look forward to the nifty tool series
Thanks for the video. That touque wrench is pretty cool. Might have too check in on buying one for tires
The angle on the torque wrench is for flip sockets
Or a ratchet adapter.
This torque wrench looked interesting,, however I can't see a big benefit overy normal one. Best lug torque wrench I can think of is the precision split beam. It ratchets, it is a finger wheel to adjust, it has a big range so you can use it for all sorts of things, is only about $150, and doesn't have to be changed/unscrewed at all to be put away due to the split beam design. Without ratcheting of this one you'll be reaching for that air gun 1 out of every 100 lugs when you forget to run one down all the way.
Astro torque sticks $77 on Amazon save a lot of time for tires, it’s got everyone you’d ever need for cars
It's a nifty tool to spare your regular torque wrench when doing wheels. I believe ATD has similar item #12555. I myself use the cornwall version #CTG5PTW.
Hello Kyle. These tools are awesome.
Thanks for another great video man!!
Do you still like the SO basic multimeter? What do you like about it compared to more traditional styles
Hope to see a video with that Durango hellcat
Thanks for another kick ass Nifty Tools. Nothing I'm currently in the market for, but as I'm sure you know, that changes quickly based on jobs.👍👍
I got a question to take the mechanic car inspection test do you have to be working in a shop, or you can just go take it
Awesome love the nifty tool videos 👍👍👍👍👍
Great video i love the torque wrench but i have to ask can the topdon jump pack act aa a settings saver like the noco gb70
That torque wrench is alright i have it but it needs to be longer to dang short
So there's just a Hellcat Durango on your lift... And we're not gonna acknowledge that?
Not exactly 🤷♂️ possibly in a future video - I can say though it’s not mine
the question should be why is a Hellcat Durango on the lift
Very cool torque wrench, not sure why it’s so damn short though
Yo wat bro I'm 13 and live in Ireland 🇮🇪 but I'm wondering what age could work in a garage ......... can you please respond
Are you running your own shop now or back at the dodge dealer?
Back at the dealership but this is my personal shop at home as well where I can work on some cool projects too😉
Oh nice!! I just got a job at the dodge dealership shop in my home town. I was wonder what dodge tools should I get?. IV been working in independent shop in the past
Awesome! Definitely have a good meter and test leads, compression/leak down adapter that can adapt to a 3.6, and by far get a vacuum coolant fill tool. Aside of course from the basics of sockets and wrenches of course.
Ah yes the 3.6l in have to change my oil cooler on mine 2015 Chrysler 200s thats going be fun job 🤣
I pretty much have all that stuff already, iv been in the trade more ten years i left and went and did auto body for few years. Im looking forward to get back to greasy hand and not coughing body dust lol
Snap on lead sucks! They bend super easy and I also hate that you have to thread any of the accessories on witch I bought and the back probes are junk and fall apart! And they are so expensive…. I have a plastic box of leads alligators and back probes that i got off Amazon and seen them re-branded all over the place for 20$ and they are even better than the snap-on
Matco = fail
