Actually, the easy trick to fake your speed run is emulator, and then, set the speed to 0.2×. but it will be long. ;-; he is not faking his speed run. He is practicing it to speed run that game.
that 4 player amazing mirror is also what i was always interested in, but i think the issue here is of technical nature. you would have to run 4 emulators at the same time that are also somehow synched to each other
A 4-player TAS (on GBA)???>first we need upgrade of bizhawk to run(in your want case>4 emulator on same window task and can restart all at same time and shared save state slot entries task)
I would love someone to re-record and upload this TAS but with the wheel sfx removed / muted to match how they sound during chase sequences because holy shit it kinda ruins it

The technical issue isn't syncing, it's that the game will slow down to a crawl if you try doing it with 4 players.
