there is more great music right now than ever before. you just have to not be braindead and know how to find it.
with computers and the internet, pretty much anyone with a laptop can start making their own tunes, so there's a LOT more of it. this means there's a lot more great stuff coming out, but there's also a lot more mediocre stuff, and a lot more shitty stuff. if you aren't braindead you can find the good stuff :) ill be enjoying new music while you sob into your hands over your delusions about the current state of music
