Sounds good. I did enjoy the Crestista Plus and actually preferred the milk texture from the steam wand, it's just the luxury of having that touch screen and the slightly bigger machine to work with isn't it 😅 Appreciate a smaller machine might work better for some.

I roast my own beans and make my own. I use cram for this. It's my favorite as well.
