I was at the Sydney concert with my daughter. Loved this concert. My daughter and her friends had a great time. After seeing 1989 concert, with the rock songs, I preferred it. We will be at Eras tour in Feb 24, for our forthcoming TS concert together. As a single father, I’m so glad my daughter had TS as a role model growing up.

Just a note Taylor's albums are very different as she created different eras for each, except with her 8th and 9th albums folklore and evermore which are like sister albums. The Reputation Stadium Tour is the biggest grossing tour at that time, its like the greatest comeback ever with her reputation album after being cancelled by the media and basically disappearing for a year, and her coming back with this fire album and tour. Reputation era in 2017 made a swiftie and I highly suggest you listen to the songs on the Reputation album track by track, It has a MV "Ready for it" "Endgame" "Look what you made me do" "Delicate" and ofc the live performance on the tour. I think So it Goes is the only song she didn't perform on the tour. I agree with them saying you should follow with I did something bad and Don't blame me live performances on the tour, its an experience I would want to relive again 😭🤍

The 1989 live Out of the Woods is a stand out to me off all her videos. Besides it being in my top 5 of hers, it's Taylor at the top of her game.That performance is Taylor being TAYLOR SWIFT in the way only Taylor Swift can do it ! You should do 3 albums in total first because it gives you the breadth of her genre changes (Reputation, 1989 & Folklore) and if you are brave to do country/pop then add Fearless. She won AOTY for 1989, Folklore, and Fearless. I don’t know any other artist that has won AOTY three times for three different genres. Folklore will give you a really good taste of her lyricism which is her biggest strength. That said, the best example of her lyricism and storytelling is All Too Well (10 min version) Do lyric video then watch the short film she did for it. And there is a BTS for the film to showing how she directed it too. It won Music Video of the Year at VMAs
The thing is you’ve definitely been missing out and I don’t blame blokes for maybe not alerting to her earlier because she has been considered a bit ‘girly’ in her starting years, but she has grown so much and you’ve started with Reputation which I consider her best album, just because she was mad as Hell with the whole Kanye West thing going on. Personally, I would start right back at the beginning and list to every song in context of her age and innocence and then as she matured into the wonderful intelligent woman she is now. She’s learned from the Scooter Braun ridiculousness and having re-recorded all of her first 6 albums with the prefix Taylor’s Versions, they’re a pretty good place to start. If free time is an issue though for you, stick with the entire Reputation album, definitely her best and littered with attitude. If you’re gonna become a real Swifty, check out some of her ‘making of a song’ videos, they’re awesome and shows how she writes every song, all her own work and never miming either, everything you’ll ever watch is her singing.
