Put a chisel in the holes of circlip & bang it round both ways never had a problem getting them out plus those circlip pliers are not man enough for that size clip
Another vote for sealing the welds - peel back the rubber roof strips by 6” or so and apply Tiger Seal to the roof welds….Tiger Seal will hold the rubber strips back down too. Mask off the seam from the roof rubber down to the boot aperture rubber and apply Tiger Seal to the weld. The panels obviously have to be spotless before doing this. When it comes to the taped off holes behind the bumper…pull the useless bloody tape off and replace with sticky back lead flashing for a permanent job.
spray it with wd40, and use a flat head screwdriver to pry it from the edges where the holes are on the snap ring. it will come out in the end buddy. been doing mine on my kuga, so i feel your pain.
fiesta is known to leak from under rails in roof , i a member of a fiesta group on facebook, a kid on that group removed his roof strips and found rust holes underneath he repaired holes and stuck strips back down with tiger seal
Mark , sorry mate you had me laughing on that pesky circlip. Delt with a few of those over the years . Heat, penetrating oil, wire wheel , tapping with a chisel from side to side eventually you will get it out , then you know that bearing will be a bitch too lol. Spot dent puller is a game changer once you get the hang of using it bud good luck on the bearing stick at it bud.
just found my leak today. its the rubber boots that wiring and washer pipe goes through. drips on head lining. then runs off side. and drips . inside boot

Mark check the rubber seal around the tailgate wiper spindle and check inside the tailgate for water 💦
Mark side to side is track rod end,top to bottom is wheel bearing 👍
I hope your right as it's almost beat him
@@andybrace4983 it’ll be the first time ever😂
Honestly Mark, invest in a smoke machine for water leaks, it's a game conger pal. 👍
Top rail seam cracks , that’s what I had on mine it’s worth a try
Lift the plastic roof rail, check the body seam under it. My fiesta was leaking at this join roof and quarter panel join seam.

Could be the back lights that are letting water in
Hello Mark, you could try but using the pin pliers and a pair of mole grips squeeze the top of the pliers.

Keep at mate heat it up even try the press on it it should dislodge it😅
Water deffo on the welds under the rails same location as what I had
Warm it up ( always does the trick)
I like that laser tool, brought one myself recently. That fiesta disc was a bit scored in would have ask them to replace them too.
You need forward facing clip removers the ones that have a lock on them are the best
Tie rod end (side to side wobble but not top to bottom)?
Great work as always Mark 😎 have you got a link to where to get that tool for opening up the back of the hub to get the shock out?
Hi mate I don’t have a link search on eBay 👍👍
Try a small dermal that’s what l have used previously been an interesting video

Did you try heating the ring ?
just found my leak today. its the rubber boots that wiring and washer pipe goes through. drips on head lining. then runs off side. and drips . inside boot
A very stubborn wheel bearing indeed.Apply heat and beat!
try by the hinges both sides where the panels thats where mine was leaking
that are spot welded together right in the corner
Sure it’s not sticking calipers
😂😂😂
