    Lately, the balls of my feet and my toes seem... heavy.. and a little sore.
    I can stretch and roll them on the floor and over the ball and the heel hover and ankle stretch help.. but I can't seem to quite clear that.... heavy soreness .. for very long.. may be for half an hour to an hour.
    Most days I do quite a large portion of the day barefoot, and they had been improving from my previous shoe training years, but just the last few months... ??
    Any thoughts or suggestions or just keep persisiting ?
