Thank you so much for your videos, I've watched all 4 on the website about spinal conditions and it you broke it down so simple it makes a lot of sense. I was always under the impression that "spinal surgery is so serious, and that I'll have huge rods in my back," but it sounds like I don't even need all of that. Thank you I hope my insurance covers this and I can get in to see you guys soon! You've given me hope thank you so much
thanks for your information about this ,ok my question is? i have the four vertebrae going back and forward so my neurosergury tell me i need a sergury for take the pressure but he's going to do small cut lateral and the back for doing a fusion, is this a thru? thanks for your answer
Hi I have a Grade 2/3 spondilolisthesis and have had the L5 Decompression and Fusion in 1995 which failed in 2001 leaving me with Chronic pain, I have Transdermal Morphiine patches as well as usual pain killers (both co-dydramol and IBuprophine) also anti depressants (suprise Suprise) Is there anything i can do or take to help with my back as i cannot get an answer from anyone. Spondilolisthesis seems to not be talked about after the surgery and the 10-15% failure people (as i am) need to know what is next.
I have grade 2 traumatic spondylolisthesis, The VA has been distracted with another medical issue I have not had a recent MRI in a couple of years, the slippage was increasing by 2mm per year. The VA will not do surgery until I reach a stage 4. After all treatment options have failed the only thing left is to spend my life on morphine or wait till the slip reaches a stage 4. But do I want the VA to do surgery on my back?
I am a level 4 all star cheerleader who has a grade 1 slippage and im only12 years old. Right now I'm wearing a back brace. Im scared I cant cheer anymore... Cheer is my life.
No surgery and grade 4
L5s1
