oh i use this method when i make Carbonara. of course i don't completely scramble the eggs but i use cold better instead of cream for the sauce it just makes the sauce better. 2 full eggs and 1 yoke also makes it better
Thank you for these basic recipes. I've tried scrambled eggs before but I can never get them to that perfect restaurant level of creaminess. But I eat eggs in less than a minute anyway so it doesn't have to be great as you said.

Trouble is hand washing that sauce pan takes a jackhammer, so to speak. Half-way scrambled is where I go for the creamy.
