This is where Claudia shines on the show! She can be in the room with people like Tamika and not seem out of place or ill-informed.
Exactly
Yes! She’s an intellectual and she’s mature. I hope she gets the spot.
Absolutely! Claudia is in her element and well rounded with media/ journalism
@@tukayz254 Because she's not SMART....
Yea ive noticed that too. Shes very informed. Jess is funny, but she cant speak on topics like this
This is why we have to respect and pour into our sistas my brothas. Ain’t nobody gone have our peoples back and ride for us like a black woman 💙 .
The only thing she riding is Cadillacs
Amen🤗
How she rides for us. Haven't heard her condemn the shootings in Chicago. Which is the real threat 2 black ppl. But it don't make the news and get donations. But White supremacy will get press. Which is why every talking point is white man bad.
Lol no black woman get black men killed everyday all the time.
Yessir !!
This is why you’ll need to hire Claudia she’s intelligent, funny and she can converse on any topic
Tamika Mallory looks just like Rudy Huxtable from the Cosby Show! She’s so pretty🤗
Yup
Omg now that u mention it I cannot unsee it 😂 she do look like Keisha knight 😂
Facts
This sista came in talking about civil rights issues, low black employment in this country and political racism and y’all talking about how she looks smh 🤦🏽♂️
That's who I thought she was at first
So proud of this young woman. She is a true product of her parents. Keep breaking down the walls to injustice. The Elbert family loves you Tamika 🖤🖤🖤
Who are her parents?
Love hearing from Tamika telling stories on the ground that don’t make the headlines. The work behind the scenes.
sure is. because she only comes back around when it's time to vote or close to election season with more weight on her and wearing Givenchy.
@@JokerG16 right ain't no changing the hood unless they tie every woman tubes in the project and give every man a vasectomy that will stop violence cycle but NBA and NFL is over #wildthoughts
@@JokerG16Wow! I really hope you heal🙏🏾
@@JokerG16 yup idk how folks don't see lol she's brought out now also
"This is what a grandmother looks like in 2023." She's only 42 Charlamagne. It's not like she's 60 😂. Besides, her son is 24 and she's turning 43 this year. So she was technically a teen mom. That's why she looks young for a grandmother, Uncle Char! And we've always had attractive Black grandmothers. Everybody knows Black don't crack lmao
Amen
You know voting season are around the corner when "The voting no matter what" crews shows up
It's going to be "vote for Biden no matter what" but I feel you.
i already know nobody gonna press her about those chicks buying mansions. they scammed people. kanye was right. i had to take a step back and im glad i never gave them a single cent.
Damn that's all you got from this interview? It's barely 30 minutes since it was uploaded. It's almost a 1 hour interview, so you are barely done watching. Moreover, the election cycle is a whole year and half away...smh
@@sheilae.9670 Check the time stamps. I'm sure he didn't bother to watch this video. That's the good/bad thing about TBC political videos. You already know what they are going to say without even watching the video. Also, the 2024 election cycle is going on right now. Candidates are already out campaigning and taking donations. Respectfully. Peace.
Which majority of the interview wasn't even about that, narrative changer.
Thank you for your work Tamika. Two things: It tastes a lot of energy to keep that spirit of advocacy going & you are right. Blacks are often the talent or face of a company, but they are rarely in decision making roles. The ones who are are gatekeepers.
I LOVE HER.. she’s def a 1 of 1!!! Her passion and intelligence is amazing and magnetic #215salute 💯
Amazing and well-informed lady. God continue to bless her. We need her.
Why is she promoting a white brand (Givenchy) while fighting white supremacy?
I knew someone would mention what she's wearing when I seen the brand name.
Facts bro 🤦🏾♂️, its hard to even listen to the words with this bullshit on
Should she be wearing Kente Cloth? Foh! Wearing a luxury isn’t part of the struggle! Should she look like she’s struggling or wear FUBU while fighting the fight…. Eat a Frank!
Let's start by not wearing and buying designer brands when speaking on cultural and racial issue. We need repair on all levels, images are powerful, stop being a walking billboard for the very corporation that never contribute to our community, haven't seen a Gucci cultural center in the hood yet!!
I agree. I don’t think it’s wrong to dress nice & for all I know that Givenchy was donated to her….But, when asking people to help those who don’t have food & pampers it’s a good idea to not wear a $1,000 jacket. With that being said, I support her & her organization & have donated & will donate. It was a little bit of a letdown because I know the way many people would take her clothing choice.
Thank you!!!!!! 🙏🏾 black people are to in love with racist to stop racist
@@jaysteve4442 if you see the problem why ignore it? Shes wearing $1000 jacket she paid racist for. She should be boycotting these designers like the bus boycotts. She knows this is the answer because she stated a need for capital and its already a blue print for blacks getting civil rights. She just wants to appear wealthy and successful with the validation of white supremacy. You know damn well that jacket wasn’t donated stop ✋
There are millions of young black designer's who are dope. And she promotes Givenchy a white brand. In same sentence she condemns White supremacy.
You're absolutely right!!
Instead of strong-arming, bribing, blackmailing or shaming a company to hire black, why don't they talk to these athletes and entertainers about starting their own. If I owned a company, I would absolutely resent anybody coming in and trying to tell me who I have to hire.
Or help poor neighborhood 2 become entrepreneur's and start small businesses. Notice every talking point is a bout white man bad. To scare us. Which lead 2 give donations 2 them 2 fight against it.
right! ownership should be the goal, not begging for a seat at someone else's table.
I'm an aerospace engineer and I've been involved with recruiting to try to get more of us in the company. It's been very hard to folks that are even into science and math. They all wanna be rappers or athletes. We gotta be in this spaces first before anything else
It sucks cause when these companies hire you, these white folks will think "hired for diversity" and they automatically don't think you have any talent and just hired cause you're black. Sometimes I think it does more harm than good
@@Tunechi65 facts brother. the DEI/LGBT crew doesn't understand that we can't just be finding black folks out of thin air, they have to have interest and be in the circles. yes some unfortunately get overlooked, but other times, they just be wanting to get black ppl in spaces that don't exist.
I'm glad she spoke on money Iv heard so many people complain about the money but it cost money to do what they do.
Praying for this sister! For her protection and strength.
Tamika, we appreciate you and Until Freedom. You all do what most of us don't have the guts to do. Or even an appetite to do. THANK YOU!❤

Thank her for doing what? Getting paid by Democrats to push their narrative to our people for nothing in return.
Thank You Tamika, for all the work you do for our people!! It's so appreciated, like foreal. Thank you. ✊🏿🖤🖤💐💐
And what work did she do for black people? NOTHING. just like Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson.
Tamika is the example that the squad need to follow but thats just me.

So that Explains why You're here.
Those last 10 minutes were golden learned a lot need more Tameka
Yall see how Claudia can speak on adult issues... joke around... polotics... race and stay unproblematic. She better get that spot frfr.
Respect to this (Remarkable) (Intelligent) and (Inspirational) Sista here...💯 Words are but few to describe the amazing work she's doing for our community and our generation. This conversation was Excellent. 👌 She touched on some of the many issues that's plauging our society law enforcement and many unfair justice's inside and outside of the organization, workplace etc. My ultimate prayer 🤲 is that we as a community find justice and that we also have to practice lovin' and supporting our own as well... Because it starts with us. Well-done breakfast club my soul was fed... 💯👍✅
Where’s Tezlyn for this interview?
You know they had to make sure no one was around to ask tough questions 😂 they know Claudia can only stay on the surface level. Remember they have books to sell

They need Claudia on the show. Not Jess cause you can't even take her seriously when it comes to serious issues!!
I'm surprised she didn't mention that $51 million in Chi that ain't going to US citizens.
It’s always a blessing to here her speak so passionately about blk ppl❤ thank god for her and her voice.

More Power To Sister Tamika Mallory's Elbow... This is very enlightening Segments.
Thanks so much The Breakfast Club for a very great informative episode
Tamika Mallory only cares abour herself, not us. Another bootlick for the Democratic Party just like Roland Martin.
Tamika, it was a pleasure listening to this interview. As usual, I learned some things about the struggle one of the things that I find to be heart breaking, is that you aren't receiving funding from the BLM organization. They reaped the benefit from the work of others. I'm sure a lot of donations from large companies were given by default without a lot of investigation; just as they rushed to start DEI departments as lip service. Hopefully, your organization will receive some well deserved funding as well. Keep up the fight and "Keep your eyes on the prize".
That money is all laundered and long gone, BLM = Buying Large Mansions
Sad that Patrice spent that BLM money on fancy houses
Call out these democrats who are focused on EVERYTHING but black issues. Should be outrage at what is being put ahead of our issues in America. And we are focused on diversity in corporations???
Exactly this is the same lady who spearheaded the Black Lives Matter movement who was responsible for misappropriating millions of dollars for self use and not for the natural cause, like you said let’s fix the issues in our community first before attacking these companies.
@@GymlordzReloaded you're telling lies
FACTS!!!!!! these ppl are truly more anti-black than they appear to be.
I agree
Black ppl don't have the political capital or clout the way that the Jews/Hispanics/LGBTQIA does. If you contribute nothing then you'll get whatever is leftover. The Clinton administration made the mistake of making black ppl a priority in the 90s, when they were complaining about the crack epidemic; Clinton created a legal deterrent (10yrs in prison), and dumb nuccas continue to sell drugs knowing it came with harsh prison sentences. You can't help black ppl cause they don't want to be helped. Blacks burned the Democrat bridge and now they're trying to act like conservatives/Republicans are the answer smdh when we see first hand how they treat blacks in red states; Mississippi tried to gerrymander black districts, despite blacks making up 27% of the state smh. If you want Democrats to take you seriously then donate and make yourselves visible - instead of a victim of the party smdh.
I Love what they do because its pulling the cover off of something that was always there but never challenge. Love it how can we on the outside help or support.
Am not sure demanding corp to hire black makes things necessarily better. Hate the idea of executive using diversity as an obligation and not as the right thing to do
It doesn't. Especially when the company can just hire a cornball
It's an inside outside strategy. She touched on the people being the RIGHT people in the position. But the point is not to concede any part of the fight
That’s the problem though, they won’t hire if it wasn’t an obligation … it’s gotta start somewhere… If it wasn’t for accountability movements like affirmative action, all management would still be white males…
Keshia Knight Pulliam should portray her in the movie.
malcom x is rolling around in his grave over this nonsense.
He's punching the walls of that casket for sure. Yelling PUNKS AND SELLOUTS!!

I'm an aerospace engineer and I've been involved with recruiting to try to get more of us in the company. It's been very hard to folks that are even into science and math. They all wanna be rappers or athletes. We gotta be in this spaces first before anything else
Right we need to introduce math and science to our children early instead of the entertainment world...we need to crowd funding to invest in centers to teach this to our children
Here we go with the "brown people" who are they
I don't know
Damn, we do not deserve Tamika, but I thank God she's here ❤❤❤
I like how well spoken she is. I do think we ought to discuss the lack of accountability with these movements. We can't simply talk unity, but ignore the fact that the lack of accountability is bringing disunity.
Also we can't blame white folks for everything. White folks didn't make BLM misappropriate that donated money.
Not that she’s not speaking but when our people talk about betterment for us but wearing the most expensive white brands 🤯
Tamika deserves every reward for her hard work.
Now that's the envy I know asking the same question right after they answered the question lol
I could imagine these resources could be better used for more important issues than strong arming a company to hire upper level black people
Keep doing what you doing sister!
Love the Givenchy outfit. But as an activist so many young black designer's would love for Tamika 2 wear their clothes. Instead she chose a Givenchy a white brand. Yet she HATES white supremacy! Hmm. Make it make sense
I'm sure the sista wear Black brands as well. Let her slide this time 😆
So she is only allowed to wear black brands? Can you confirm that she only wears white brands with proof?
While riding in a cadillac.
@@lookhowshegobbledthat Either can u. What we can confirm is, her and Mysonne got no food or after school programs in the low income communities. In the interview she asks for donations 2 fight white supremacy. What about helping unemploymed ppl getting jobs and food. Instead of chasing after bad white ppl. We need 2 help our own first. That's why BLM could scam 90 million. That should of gone 2 black families.
lol thanks for spotting the grift!
Huge upgrade from hearing Boosie talk the other day...lol.
Much respect to Tamika for fighting for us even when some of us don’t recognize or appreciate it. Thank you.
yes. she's fighting for us by begging other corps to give us a seat at their table instead of fighting for less regulation so that more of us can be entrepreneurial. she grifting, per usual.
SMH Black women like her are always "fighting". It would be nice to see more black men take the lead for a change.
@@idivas_Tricia she's fighting for herself, she ain't doing shit lol.
Are we putting too much effort for these prisoners who choose to be there? Meanwhile outside of the USA we have 100 people in a room with a hole in the floor. How much compassion should I have for a murderer, scammer, fraudster, drug dealers
To quote Zora Neale Hurston, "No, I do not weep at the world-I am too busy sharpening my oyster knife."
Corporate diversity is a huge issue. You need a bigger task force to take it on.
The Panini contract is up in 2026. I think the new deal is with Topps and Michael Rubin already bought them.
Our country is always in trouble. When are we ever going to be able to just be??
some found out there's profit to be made
in order for folks like Tamika, Al, Jesse, Crump & co, the country always gotta be in a state of trouble. if it's not, they're all outta business.
This is her job. Don’t believe the hype. Tag words and emotional triggers 🤦🏽♀️
How can someone join her organization?

Good interview. We appreciate you Tamika. You was created to do what you are doing. Keep going! ❤
For the defeated talkers and naysayers. Here are a few good reasons why a good DEI program is important:
-Educates underserved communities
-Supports minority small businesses thru contracts, funds, etc
-Reduces the effectiveness of bias
People need to educate themselves so they don’t dismiss ppl doing the work inside these large corporations.
I have noticed a large amount of titles being created in corporate America that mean nothing being filled by others. No pay incentives, no weight in or outside the org, yet you will be put on display to show what they have done.
Its a lose -lose situation almost because when you force yourself into a seat you are seen as an outcast and looked down upon because they feel you are not worthy of the position. We want a fair shot somewhere but are judged by people who still feel like we fail to qualify or are not the correct fit regardless.
I donated to this movement. I know and believe my $ will go to good use.
Vote off policies not Party, not personalities.
omg Breakfast club deletes comments about Tamika they dont like
soo glad she mentioned shanquella!! we ain’t forget i’m tryna see what we can really do to help!
One of the reasons more people don't get behind "until freedom" cause the black community never sees anything they do.
I wonder why they never talked about Envy house flip drama. They just glossed over it.
Because it is not important when it comes to this interview. Its a meaningless discussion.

You can tell none of them have any real experience in corporate America, especially as it is today. Those black DEI executives have NO juice or pull to hire anyone. At most they will get you an interview but that may not even happen. Most of them are part of HR departments and most HR departments are run by white women who care nothing about diversity. So it's great that Tamika and them are calling folks but that's not going to effect real change. They will put some blacks on the web site or social media who are in "managerial" roles (that really aren't critical) just to make folks feel better.
