      Better to know that they're trotting this woman out to tell you things like houses are unaffordable because of racism, when the fact is that Joe Biden's buddies at Blackrock and the World Economic Forum are behind the whole thing... as they said, "By 2030 you will own nothing and you will be happy." Mr. BlacTye, research that phrase and Blackrock's impact on the housing market and the former Blackrock executives that have been appointed to Biden's administration... THEN you will know the real truth.

Federal can only do so much you MUST VOTE LOCALLY: MAYOR, CITY COUNCIL/ALDERMAN, GOVERNOR, STATE LEGISLATORS, SHERIFF, POLICE CHIEF etc. Our community must also do our own part, we cannot still expect others to come to advocate for us. Those who want us to stay oppressed are who they are, they move how they have always moved, they want us where they want us; We know this so we need to make the moves that are best for us and OWN OUR PART OF OUR SITUATIONS.

    Charlamagne asked why should black people vote for democrats when they haven't advanced the most important issues to our community. Her response addressed things that benefited all communities, nothing specific for African Americans. May 20th asians got the Covid-19 Hate Crimes Act, and November 15th Native Americans got an executive order. However when you ask Democrats for something specifically for African Americans the answer is always keep voting for us. Forget about the party black folks should vote for candidates who are willing to do something specifically for black folks. Not this minority trick-bag that Democrats always use.

Every time the Breakfast Club has political figures on, they only talk from the perspective of rich black people like themselves. Especially DJ Envy, he consistently only asks questions about black bourgeoisie issues. DJ Envy might invest in real estate and worries about those taxes, but very few black people even have that opportunity. These hosts act like they're motivated by black issues, but they're mostly talking about their own wallets. Thanks for the limited questions about regulating private equity though - that's something that actually matters to the vast majority of black people

    I’ve been wanting to become a MLO in my state for a while now ! I went through the home buying process by myself and it was so overwhelming, confusing and financially exhausting …. I purchased when I was 27 going on 28. There are sooo many programs, grants and important info that could be beneficial as a young, black buyer but aren’t being told to us and we are being lied to . I want to help everyone but especially the young, black ppl such as myself . Once you know better … you do better

      YESS! So many programs that help. At my closing, I was paid money from the Lender. $0 closing costs, $2k tax credit yearly & down payment paid for! Can't wait to go through the process again.

      I guess you never watched "Finding your roots". Some Black folks are descended from Black Slave Owners. Many slaves were owned by Native Americans (actor Don Cheadle's family was) and the Native Americans DID NOT FREE THEIR SLAVES when Lincoln signed the Emancipation Proclamation. Many modern-day Americans are descended from dirt-poor European immigrants that didn't come to America until the 1920s; should they be responsible for the sins of Southern Democrat Slave Owners? _"A mind is a terrible thing to waste."_

    • @LovehardFightharder_
      @LovehardFightharder_ 2 года назад +2

      @@hrundibakshi6830 you say “some” slaves were owned by AA, you say “many” were owned by native Americans, but you fail to mention the MAJORITY of slaves were owned by white people. You fail to mention that many northern whites were complicit with the treatment of slaves and Jim crow laws… you fail to mention that European immigrants volunteered to come here because they knew they wouldn’t be treated as bad as the “ nakers”. Y’all really want to absolve white people of the atrocities they committed so bad. Y’all will make excuses for them and defend them every chance you get. The implementation of slavery was a choice made by British European and White Americans, the subsequent acts of dehumanization was a choice made by white Americans. The British and Whites chose to colonize the native Americans through deceit and violence. CHOICES have always been at the center of this. If the people who perpetuated these atrocities had not made the choice to do them, there would be no conversation of reparations. They didn’t have to do none it, they chose to do it, knowing it was wrong.

The appraiser’s statement is so correct. A tale of two appraisals if you are white and if you are black. Yes down payment assistance will definitely help. Secretary god bless you and the work you are doing. Shout out to the breakfast club.
