Wow, you must have really good eyes. For my eyes to see it I needed to pause it at the 0:26 mark and then use the (,) and the (.) keys to frame advance to the three girder (MAME) transition. It's clear as day and indisputable for a couple frames at about the 16th frame after the youtube "clock" hits 0:26 (or about 8 frames before the "clock" hits 0:27)
@WorldRenownedCFE 🎤 1) MAME was developed in the mid 1990s, well before this video was recorded. 2) No one is saying anything about a "board" 3) Did you slow it down and look at the transitions? If you do you will see the indisputable evidence of MAME.
What I don't get is that this is the tape Billy sent to Funspot in the King of Kong, but this was being shown before that. If TG already had the tape and people knew about this score...why was it a big deal at Funspot?
My understand is that you die after 8 seconds on the kill screen regardless what you do. So that is what appears to have occurred. Most people would try and get as high as they can and die where you said they would because that is where you would get to in 8 seconds. So not sure what you are trying to say there. Also, the current world record is 1,260,700, so getting a few extra points easier on does not seem relevant to me.
Sorry, but I dont see or hear Billy playing or vocalizing at any point during that game play according to the rules and I've seen this complete game over ten years ago. What the fuck kind of referees did TG have? Billy Mitchell-=liar, thief, crimanal. TG's lawyer will love this one! This game could've been playeed by anyone at any time especially when the MAME save states are factored in.
Everybody else including "Wannabe" Webie had to show video of themselves at the end for a TG verification, Legaly one does not know who played that game du to lack of visual and audio. Guess the "expert TG referees forgot that while the money for stolen topic material was handed out.
Are you saying people were stealing vhs tapes off other people to submit scores? The footage you see are direct captures of the game and that can still be used to submit scores today.
@@patricksilva3629 I'm saying that the OLD Twin Galaxies referees were either blind or stupid because they failed to see that Steve Weepie was NOT the first to beat Billy's 1982 arcade world record now did they see that Billy Mitchell was not the Twin Galaxies world record holder on the game when the subject matter came up as topic material for a so-called "documentary" film. I'm saying that OLD Twin Galaxies was comprised of a bunch of liars, thieves and crooks for this to happen in the first place.
@@marymcmanus1877 at the time that emulated game footage appeared only a few players were able to get 1 million. If It wasn't hank chien, weibe or Mitchell someone else would of submitted. What Im seeing is a video of the game but NOT THE PLAYER! Thats will go over well in court considering the rules at the time! Billy Mitchell himself according to TG rules at the time requested that a video showing the game cabinet and walk around be shown. Why does Billy feel hes above the rules he and Walter set?
Not quite correct. TG rules two referees could witness and sign off on it. Which is what Billy is claiming occurred. One of the referees is Todd Rogers. So really he got it accepted according to the rules, but that does not mean they can't remove it later.
@@marymcmanus1877 Yeap, everyone was told that, but TG decided to allow Billy's score in based on two referees witnesses it. TG administrator the rules so they can do that. That does not mean it is right, but the facts of what happened.
@@marymcmanus1877 noo that was just other people. the billy section is different, where it says he can just submit whatever however because he is billy mitchell.
What’s shocking is you can see the mame transition screen there with the naked eye, without slowing it down.
