    is there a course/video on editing with 2 or more different tempos/time sigs in one EZ drummer 3 project file ? thanks!

      No. But if you're in a DAW, programming tempo/TimeSig changes in your DAW should be good enough or even perfect. EZDrummer will follow along. In stand alone with EZ, you just need to put them in to the Songtrack which you'll see in the Track Drop Down Menu. If you're exporting audio from EZ's Song Track, you'll have to do the later no matter what. Thanks for being a member! I'll have to get this subject in the que.

    Never thought about this approach - of working on one bar at a time - within a section. Great video!!

      @@ShootieSchool If you have a moment, could you let me know your thoughts/experience regarding the best EZKeys packs for pre production/demo stage metal stuff. Would you recommend synthwave or Dark Industrial or some other pack? Or, is it not that necessary and helpful. I can do it all myself, but time is short like for everybody else, so I'd like to have session players and co producers at my fingertips (ala toontrack 😉) if its useful.

      @yojoeaxeman Do you mean in the manner that I used it during Metal month mocking up guitar leads and such?

      @@ShootieSchool Pads, atmosphere, plucks, etc (for arp/sequencing), Bass stuff, Doubling guitar leads & rhythms (not so crucial, can be done manually by me at later production stage), and also arpeggiated synth and bass stuff. To help get juices flowing and make faster creative decisions. Then I can later fine tune or adapt useful ideas. Does that make sense?
      btw... thanks for the reply.

      No prob. I can't weigh in 100% on Dark Industrial. My first impression is I would definitely use it for feature film duties.
      Sythwave I think is promoted accurately. If the description sounds good to you, I think you'll like it.
      Dark Industrial, I'll be doing an overview for soon. Only then I'll know all about it.
      Synthwave, I do have a lengthy overview of. Just search "on my channel" if you want to hear it more than Toobtrack has on it's product page.
      You can always Midi Out to your 3rd party VSTs if you've already invested in these sounds elsewhere.

    Mind blown! If the loop groove wasnt already on the toms and i wanted to move to the groove being on the toms, do i just shift the notes on grid editor to toms or mess with this play editor and subtrack hihat and add toms?

    • @ShootieSchool
      @ShootieSchool  9 месяцев назад +1

      You could start in Edit Play Style by dragging the Power hand to a tom. If you don't want to prgram in the grid editor manually, you can use copy/paste on individual instruments in Edit Play Style, Grid Editor, and even in the Song Track. For example, copy the hi hat and paste it to a tom.
