I'm around a lot of very wealthy people and all you have to do is find where they live, find the nearest Salvation Army or Goodwill, and then go there at the beginning of every season on a Monday or a Tuesday. You'll spend $40 and have 30 sundresses for her one sundress. Jewelry maintains value. Only haute couture clothing maintains value, and that is hit or miss.
