I liked the Movie. But the love Story also ruined it for me. She should have just been Single or they shouldn't have made them get romantically involved at all. 😢
I think she batted an eye.
Yes, indeed!

Netflix is going Hallmark
It's either hallmark or phub. No in-between 😂
Kevin Pearson making moves and movies! Love to see it, and really looking forward to this.
Correction: Oliver Queen has taken up acting as a hobby because the crime rate had dropped so low that he's bored and having a mid-life crisis. =P

Yessss
No she cheated on her fiance
This actually was such a charming movie. None of the cheese of a hallmark movie & the characters were given good depth!! Also this dude is a clone of Ben Affleck 😮😂
She cheats on her fiancé and everybody's saying 'what a beatiful story' 😂 🙈 what a cringe
ikr 😂
This is probably the only christmas movie I've watched that's not cheesy at all. The story about family reuniting and childhood memories are heartwarming. This movie could've been perfect if there's no cheating. Love is really complicated. You meet the right person at the wrong time- when you're already committed to someone else.
I wish they could've let us see Rachel and Noel's reunion-
Very true. I just don’t understand why they had to add a cheating angle. It was just some forced drama. The movie would have done just as well, if not better, without a fiancé on the sidelines being cheated upon :D. The other aspect I didn’t like was this forced expectation to forgive his father. That usually never works. Other than these two aspects, I liked the movie. It started with a very interesting premise.
The thing you notice is no movies, no racial description fits with that diary description…
Great movie, with strong acting and chemistry between the leads. Sadly, the ending lets it down in a big way. 9/10 for most of the movie, 1/10 for the ending :(
Yes, her fiance will be living in a lie. He deserves better.
Now these are the kinds of movies we need more than superhero overload. This looks so good, can't wait.
Based on your comment, I assume that the biggest TV channel in your country does NOT broadcast this kind of christmas film every two days for two months...
These kind of movies come out literally every year starting in November

@@angelamclaughlin2170 I've seen that the day it dropped. So good as well
I would have loved this movie if she wasn't engaged. It just really bothered me that they didn't have the moral compass to realize that cheating is wrong. She didn't even bother to break up with her fiancé before she slept with him.
This actually looks very promising, not too overly christmas-kitchy but rather heartwarming.
It is! 😍
Shouldn't this be on Hallmark? Not Netflix??
nahh.. hallmark is mostly religious junk.
I’d rather find it on Netflix or I’d never see it.
Where have you been?? There's like a dozen "Hallmark" style Netflix original movies.
I loved the movie, the parents reunion, the concept and the chemistry was off the roof!

“Time doesn’t heal wounds” true :/, thinking about my grandma who died 10+ years ago and it still hurts like it did the day it happened. 😢 BUT THIS IS GONNA BE A MOVIE I’ll WATCH WITH MY MOM 😂❤
LOL
“Time doesn’t heal all wounds. You just learn to live with the pain.” I don’t know who said it but they said it perfectly.
Quote ― Rose Fitzgerald Kennedy
“It has been said, 'time heals all wounds.' I do not agree. The wounds remain. In time, the mind, protecting its sanity,
covers them with scar tissue and the pain lessens. But it is never gone.”
Rose was the Mother of President John F Kennedy he was assassinated Nov 22, 1963. Rose would bury 3 other children
and her husband before her passing in 1995.
This quote is just so spot on when it comes to loss. ❤
plot twist i want so bad "they share the same mother" you can do it Netflix 😅😅😅😅
‘Father’

Can you imagine! That would be amazing!
The whole family enjoying a feel good romantic film then.... BOOM! Awkward silence befalls the room and more awkward questions are being asked by the children.
Netflix it was great, female lead stunning ( more of these type of female characters), Justin Hartley great as ever. I wonder why the dialog was muted when he was talking about his brother … also no dialogue for the ending was a bit different but man I just loved the way he looked at her…kudos for Ava too
Great comment 👍
The muted dialog struck me as well. I think they did that to convey that a child's death is so painful that it goes beyond words, it's unspeakable. And as a therapist, I would say this is the very essence of trauma. But as he goes this journey, the unspeakable stops being such, and speaking about it is also what allows him to reconcile with his father.
The cast is good and the movie had a potential, but it ended up being so slow and without a proper plot or ending.
I just finished this movie 🍿
This is one of the best movies I have watched this year ☺️
Merry Christmas 🎄 🎁 🎅
Better than any Hallmark movie. What I like about it is simply that it took place at Christmas time but Christmas wasn't the dominant story line.
"You know how they say time heals all wounds? it doesn't" LOVE DOES!
Barrett Doss is phenomenal in station 19, I love this new role for her!

How about the fact that she read an entire novel in a matter of hours.

Loved this movie - much better than a Hallmark holiday movie. Really like the actors' chemistry as well as the other supporting actors. Would love to see this yearly this time of year. And would also like follow-up movies with these actors.
It would’ve been better if she wasn’t engaged :( that was really upsetting how she self sabotaged. Idk why Netflix thinks infidelity is okay and romanticized it for money

Edgy Hallmark strikes again! Seems like a solid meal prep movie
😆🤣
You’re absolutely right!
So cheating is normal now.
No I hope not. I don't think she was in love with her fiance in the beginning. She had not told him about so many IMPORTANT THINGS, like new job, moving and she was traveling with a stranger.
Good movie involving real family issues that deal with losing contact with your parents, hoarding, and trusting random strangers. I thought it was a great Christmas love story!
If they turn out to be siblings, I swear, I'll cancel my Netflix subscription 😂😂😂
Such a beautiful film up until the end it was such an abrupt ending. we didn't get to hear her say I love you to him or anything. I hate when they leave it up to the imagination. Damn this movie had such potential I wish the ending could have been a little bit more romantic. he poured his heart out to her in the snow saying that he was alone basically all those years and that he loved her and he never got to hear her say that she loved him. what kind of shit is that. she totally broke his heart and made him sad they never showed her confess that she really did love him and that would have been nice to see that in this film. Sometimes the script writers just don't think. you have such a beautiful film and then the ending falls flat.we Didn't get to see that romantic reunion I was hoping for. them holding each other or a tender kiss nothing. guess now we have to imagine the romantic ending. Bummer 😞
Just like jake turner said… “it’s tricky to get the ending right”
Totally agree with you!
Yeah. I was really let down with the ending. Even not showing us her meeting her mother after all that. Otherwise it was a great movie. I think with the ending they were trying to do it by ending it like how he first saw her at the start in the snow. And obviously her being there because she left Alan and wants to be with him. But yeah. It would of been really good if we got to see more at the end.
I just watched it and I was just like what? It's just end like that

I'm happy to Barret Doss outside of Station 19 series, really love her character as Vic.
Right. I want to see her in different roles outside of Station 19
Let me guess - His Father had a baby
with the nanny and she is her half sister!!, or he was adopted by the couple .
When Rachel said, "I am trying to find my mother, and I think you might be able to help me. She used to live here a long time ago." I immediately thought, "Oh, this is going to be a love story, but they will find out that they are siblings from that diary!" Jake is estranged from his father, Scott because he got their live-in teenage nanny pregnant, and that is why Rachel why was given up for adoption but no.
I have complaints, but overall, I like this movie because of its refreshing plot.
Rachel's mom was pregnant when she moved in with the family.
Uhh, the 2 better get a DNA test just to be sure.
Showed the whole movie in the trailer, again. Great job!

2 of my friends were extras so I’m definitely going to watch!
Absolute terrible movie that validates cheating. Guess this is the new narrative for Christmas movies. So much for the holiday spirit 😂😂😂. Stalking, cheating, child neglect, and fake snow… that’s all to the movie. 😂😂
So the movie romanticized the fact that she cheated on her finance and yall said it’s a good movie ? Take me to Mars !
Went from smallville to this is us to Christmas romcoms
Started from the daytime soap passions actually. If you know you know
Reminds me of something from Hallmark Channel
Yeah, it does give off a hallmark vibe don’t it 😂
Black & White loving
The actors did a great job. My wife put the movie on and I had my funny side marks to say about the movie but the one she really couldn’t deny was when I told her that if I was Jacob I wouldn’t let Rachel go on another trip alone because she can’t be trusted 😂😂 as beautiful and talented and educated…. Ok ok after listing so many great qualities about her she doesn’t sound like a bad person just really confused about life. You know what, I may be crazy but maybe I would still take a chance on her but we would definitely need some couples counseling to make sure everything is good because Rachel being engaged and still planning her engagement party while planning on sleeping with another man would always play in the back of my head. 😂 watching this movie and being married makes you look at things different based on how you look at marriage.
Her fiance did absolutely nothing wrong, oh yeah she was confused!!!!
This Christmas movie looks worth the watch❤️
I loved this movie, the least unpredictable Christmas movie I ever watched. No happy ending , boy gets girl stuff, it was a well written movie. Didn't recognize or expect Essence Atkins at the end, I was pleasantly surprised. She did her scene justice. Honestly I don't want a follow up to spoil this movie, it had the best ending. Hope to see more movies fron Netflix like this.
Why does this look like a cross between a bad SNL skit and a Hallmark Christmas special?
This looks good!!! I love their chemistry. Now that’s a trailer. That feeling of wanting to watch it.
Se fosse o homem traindo iria dar problema, filme interessante mas com uma situação que incomoda, não vejo por qual motivo a mulher se apaixonar por outro ser algo bonito, ainda mais quando o atual noivo não fez nada de errado além de confiar nela.
It was really good but damn i really wanted her to meet her mother
Spoiler alert:
Exactly
Thats the better ending.

This movie glorifies cheating, how romantic haha.
Idk how people think this was a great movie. Either most of these comments are bots or something is wrong with the people commenting. Because There’s nothing like the holiday spirit like cheating on your fiancé, using someone for your personal gain, and then hypocrisy by deciding to not go through with something that was the point of the whole movie (meeting her mother, which was never revealed as to why she didn’t do it) while she was explaining to Jake that he needed to be the first adult in his family to “not take the exit”. What a joke.

Movie about a chick that cheats on her fiance and bangs a high value male only to turn him down when he wants more. Typical stuff here
This movie's ending really nose dived off a cliff at a 125 mph. Cheats on her fiancé', turns out to be gutless wonder, and never goes to see her mother. The ending- Her standing across the street in a way to announce, "Hey, I'm back and I guess I do love you after all". Then credits. Ooof, that's another 2-ish hours I won't get back.
