    I have started your 3 different (10days challenges ) for waist..
    Day-1 ✓ ( it's easy n I enjoyed)
    .... I'll give my daily update..on daily basis..!!!!!
    Day-2 ✓
    Day-3 ✓ (not able to see visible change,but I'll complete the whole challenge and update whether it's working or not)
    Day 4 - ❌
    Day 5-✓
    Day 6-✓( I'm not able to see any difference yet 😞)
    Day 7-✓
    Day 8- ✓( can see changes in my waist)

      Try to move your upper body, let the lower part stay still, just move the waist, its easy try focusing only on the upper body

      Take sibelium 5 mg capsules 2 times morning and evening after meal and froben 100 mg tablet only before bed for migraine i m a patient of migarine for 9 years but now i cured by this medicine and i do gym workout and walk daily thats why i m good and well now ! But dont take stress and tenshion attacks during this all
