All hail Matt! 🙌🏻 I actually saw an interview in which Brad said that he initially didn’t approve of the editing style of It’s Alive! and he thought it was juvenile (or something like that). Meanwhile, I’m pretty sure the editing is the main reason that show took off in the first place. I love Brad too, but his opinion is wrong 😂

In all seriousness, this segment was awesome. It's very informative. You keep it interesting. You have a great cadance in your voice that makes it easy to follow. You exude a calm serious passion for a job well done here that really shows and appeals to people who, at the end of the day, want to take the act of cooking seriously and make something to be proud of. As someone who has made this cake, it is so, so good. Easily the best recipe I've ever followed for a carrot cake, and a gluten free one at that. Perfect for people with celiac, and if you're lactose intolerant, the pain of eating that frosting is worth it. Words cannot describe how good this cake is, please make it

Chris is basically the prodigy of BA. He doesnt show much, but when he does, its perfection. He is that guy who always stay calm while spent tons of his time doing research, thats why most BA staffs always went to him for advices and suggestions. Tldr; chris is the genius of BA.
