    When I watched Shaolin Soccer, there's a scene in which that main lead actress used to make buns just like that and I always wondered what they call and crave alot whenever I watch that movie. Now I know whats that like and can make for me and my peers. Thanks again for sharing that wonderful dish recipe

    I was in a Tibetan restaurant in New York City, and I couldn't stop eating the delicious naan bread they had! It was much more flavorful than ordinary Indian naan. I wish I knew how to make such delicious bread!

      The thing is you need a special oven or tandoor its called to get that distinct taste. You will find recipes on youtube to make it in pan but it doesnt come out the same.

    They look wonderful, and I love watching you work with dough. You are such an expert, knowing just how much flour to add, how long to knead it, and you roll it out better than anyone else I know! Seriously, I wish I could take cooking classes with you and learn about the texture of the dough and how exactly to hold the rolling pin for best technique. I’m not very good at preparing and shaping dough, but I keep trying. Mine taste good usually, but definitely aren’t as pretty as your breads are. You always make such beautiful and tasty recipes.

    We deep fry leftover tingmo ( but folded tingmo, not like this round tingmo) till it turns golden. This way, outside is crisp while inside is soft. Those who haven't deep fried shuld try it once. But the left over tingmo shuld be soft ones, not dense ones.

    • @DickeyDolrecipes
      @DickeyDolrecipes  3 года назад

      Yes. Here we also do the same: in my case I cut leftover tingmo in slices and deep fry it. Result will be almost same as yours tingmo type

    • @DickeyDolrecipes
      @DickeyDolrecipes  5 лет назад

      Hi. Im sorry to hear it. It should be the yeast, may be it died while mixing with lukewarm water. And also u have to knead for 10-15mins long. Plus it winter time so LEAV it near sun or cover to keep warm for sitting.

      actually its depend upon ur wish what u want to eat it with but i can tell u that whatever u make should be lil gravy as tingmo itself is dry to make it good combination.
