Never had this problem. Charge it at night. I bought one of these chargers to use when out of town. Works great and small enough to be placed anywhere. If you have a battery bank with a USB outlet the charger will work from that. There are also watch chargers with a built in battery that is great when out where no electricity is available. Charges enough for a day. If there’s a need, someone will have an answer.
I always charged my watch every night and it easily lasted me all day. Now with the Series 7 I charge it when I show in the morning for about 40 minutes. Easily lasts me all day.
The reason my watch dies is due to its being used for sleep tracking. If it wasn’t for that, my watch would do the whole day with about 30-40% left (S7 with Always On Display enabled). The battery life itself isn’t really an issue when it’s charged up, it’s the day after since you’re going to need to put it in the charger when you get ready, take a shower, etc. and sometimes you forget, or don’t have enough time for it to charge all the way
