Your demonstration of power supply is very good though there is no narration. But it is very straight forward! Is there anything wrong with DCV 10V range of your multimeter? It seems not reading accurately.

Ricardo Galvão , I have seen the thing. A rectifier is formed of 4 diodes inside and LED lamp is a diode itself. I think that he used the LED diode and part of rectifier diodes to make a little circuit and lit the LED up.

your transformer's output is 12V or 14v. you can use only L7805cv (voltage regulator) mosfet and 2 capacitors (1000uf) for convert 12v to 5v DC. its simple and more stable and better then yours
