I was thinking an elevater would work nicely. Easy fix. loads of space inside, a terrace garden upstairs. Looks like enough room outside for a swimming pool near the water...
It's all about location for most homes at this price point. This one is ideal for many families. Combine that with a huge footprint and gated community, and you can begin to see why it's listed at that number.
☝️😑.. just be aware people who buy monsters homes like this have trouble selling them later on. There to big, cost a small fortune to run, repair, insurance, taxes. Etc.you need to hire help just to clean the place... A more sensible choice is something scaled down with more land.
Nothing wrong with something more scaled down, but most folks Ive worked with that are purchasing in this price point have accounted for everything you've mentioned. Many have families and are not looking to sell anytime soon. Everyone's situation is different.
