Nice video but I wish you had told us more about construction details. Is the whole house brick, what are the counters and floors made of in the baths and kitchen? I think there may have been more details int the kitchen that were overlooked. The ceiling in the dining room caught my eye but couldn't tell much about it.

I think you are putting the emphasis on the wrong things. In many instances in the Video you talk about are good lamps are or how nice the color of something is. To be honest, home buyer don't care about that. Many repaint or choose lamps that are better suited, so you shouln'd advertise using those things. I think you should talk about space (SF of a Room) or how many people one could serve. What spaces could be used how and why that house gives a unique experience. If the best thing about the house is a crazy torchlike lamp... i ain't buying.
This tour seemed really disjointed to me….didn’t clear show some of the other bathrooms, still not sure what ran off the entrance hall…. Perhaps a bit less talking and more focus on the camera work to ensure the viewers get a clear picture of each space. The house looks great though.
The camera person needs to show more of the space. No offense to you, you seem like a wonderful person but why are you in every shot lol? The point is to show the home, not you.

BEAUTIFUL house; but the advertiser saying you and your at times isn't fair beautiful talk that I believe is unreal political talk to say as other persons that choose to watch but not really for buying and or can't afford the not so beautiful price put on house for persons to never really be able to pay off mortgage and or will have to work work work to can't really enjoy the house doing to maintain all that fabulous built outside and inside of house connections luxury, and to have to pay for water, electricity gas and other that's needed to keep the fabulousness functioning properly probably cost about a million or more a year to also pay for normal wear and tear of house and things needed to help keep all talk fabulousness about the house right decent.👌🤗I'm just saying and or writing the made-up art of the words of sign language right about what I 👀 see and or👂hear, because I'm not 👀 looking to buy a house, and I'm not looking 👀 for political reasons, I'm just looking 👀 being that such 📹 video appears for me to can 👁🗨 see to pick and or choose to watch, and being the fair and natural beautiful person that I were born to be I just simply often loves as in cares to make fair sound, comment or comments about my witnessing 👀 and or👂hearing. 😘
