RECIPE:
2 zucchini.
Salt. Black pepper.
Thyme.
Red paprika.
Mix well.
Flour 1 tablespoon.
Olive oil.
Fry over medium/high heat until golden brown.
Dill.
1 garlic.
Soy sauce 1 tablespoon.
Fry for another 1-2 minutes.
Zucchini is ready!
Sesame 1 teaspoon.
Fry until golden brown.
Add dill.
Add sesame seeds.
Mix everything thoroughly.
Mayonnaise 2 tablespoons.
Greek yogurt/sour cream 2 tablespoons.
Salt.
2 garlic.
Tasty and beautiful!

Hi. I'm Korean. Um.. As a Korean, there are ingredients that are not included in Korean food. For example, dill or thyme.. But when I saw the finished dish, it looked delicious. ☺️☺️My mouth is watering.🤤🤤 In Korea, it is usually eaten with rice. Thank you for sharing the recipe! 👍
The recipe came from a Korean Cheff. It doesn't have to include only Korean grown ingredients

I will say good .. expect from too much salt, the soya sauce and the flour ( high pressure and hashimoto disease don't allow those 🤔) ..
