Your right it was nice that he became a temporary hero to work along side Qwark, Ratchet and best of all Clank those 4 reminder me of the 4 musketeers group or the four Pevensie sibling family from the chronicles of Narnia book and film series they all three of these groups are great soldier military heroes of quartet's but that's worth to price to kill of much evil tyrants and there armies to save millions to billions of innocent lives of light and good people who love peace and harmony indeed that's why soldier brotherhood and squad teamwork is the best for all reality of heroes indeed!

Ironic that Nefarious, a character described in Rift Apart as always failing, got a multitude of victories here. Fixing the commander's voice, finding the villain's lair, dealing the final blow to the Loki Master via backhanding the soul outta the big bad. For someone named Nefarious, he's a pretty good good guy.
Also, the chemistry between these 4 is so perfect - haven't seen a group work so well off each other since the Avengers, the Guardians of the Galaxy, and the Mane 6.
Which alone is impressive, considering that the group contains Qwark and Nefarious, the former being almost useless (the only good thing I think I've ever seen him do was shoot the Biobliterator at the end of UYA), and the latter being a supervillain who has lost twice over at the time.

I know that some people think this game is horrible but it's an important addition to the ratchet and clank lore, since they show us a new side of nefarious, that final cut scene could very well foretell Nefarious' redemption
Kevin Chai I was actually surprised that people didn't like this game, but I can understand why because it is such a differentiation from the other games in the R&C series. For me personally, I liked it because it was the one game where me and my nephew could play together.

Soon as dude told Ratchet , the girl was an orphan, it punched Ratchet right in his heart . And myself , that scene was so powerful . It really grinds my gears they rebooted the series and left so many unfilled plot holes and continuity errors

They did dirty Nefarious as well & I also feel that he is overused. I kinda feel bad that he ended up used & bullied by his own double. The game open the idea that Lombaxes have to deal with their doubles versions, where in Tool of Destruction makes it seem like they settle in a new land of their own. I like the writing of the first game & the future saga not counting Rift Apart.
The Future saga spin-off games are canon. They seem to only exists to hold those over who were waiting for the next chapter in the main line games. You can tell a lot of money wasn't exactly thrown into them but they still got the job done.
Pretty much. He's extremely thin for his age. In Into the Nexus he's 26, and in Deadlocked it's stated Ratchet only weighs 97 and a half pounds. That's small! Well I guess his height has something to do with it, because he's 4ft 10in, which is hilarious because I'm 11 and I'm 4ft 7in. Yep, I'm thrree inches shorter than Ratchet and less than half his age lol.
It's hard to fault the series for this game. Yeah, it wasn't good, but the cutscenes and the series' cheeky sense of humor was still intact. It was just an experiment that didn't work out. However, Into the Nexus was great! One of my favorite Ratchet and Clank games. And I'll be there to get the new PS4 Ratchet game as well. I'm fed up and tired of the endless parade of shooters and indies. Most indies don't feel anymore different than a casual cell phone game off the app store. Give me a game with heart, great characters, and beautiful worlds to jump around in and explore. Give me Ratchet and Clank! Or a new Banjo-Kazooie.
the only thing i don't like is that insomniac is starting to make the character more cartoony. for example ratchet has a skinnier body tiny legs and bigger feet and a bigger head than in the previous games clanks body got smaller or his head got bigger and qwourks legs got tiny. i don't want insomniac to make them look like todays cartoons wher they make charecters ugly and deformed to 'appeal to the kids'.

Rift Apart spoilers - - - - I love that Rift Apart is in the same universe but wish that Nefarious kept some of this change of heart. At least doing more to team up near the end of the game. I really thought he would too, it was the perfect time to. Seeing how awful the most evil version of himself was and realizing it's just impossible to win in Ratchet's dimension. Hitting the killing blow on that dude. And then they just crush him with the ship and we don't end up knowing what happens to him. It would be great to see him finally be on the team so that he can be in more games without having to be the main villain. Kinda like how Bowser was in the Mario & Luigi games.
Though people have varying opinions when it comes to "All 4 One" this one thing is certain: This is the FUNNIEST Ratchet and Clank game in the entire series. Period.

NoelistAvenger I never thought of it like that, calling Qwark a Tool! Genius! Have you seen the new Ratchet and Clank movie? It has some great banter between Nefarious and Qwark, including one scene that got the whole audience laughing. But I won't spoil that one. Another scene however said this: Qwark: "You died in the prison escape! They're were witnesses!" Nefarious: "Amazing what people will do for the right price? What was yours, Qwark, to betray all your friends? Your face on another cereal box perhaps?" One of the best disses ever!
Sadly, no theater plays the movie in my area. Which is probably for the best, as the French dub is pure heresy. I did watch a playthrough of the game, though. As usual, it has some great comedy ^^ I just wished Lawrence was in it. Nefarious is great at dissing Qwark, but Lawrence is the best at dissing Nefarious !

The villains teaming up with the hero seems like the magic formula for a good story and character development for both sides
Soon as dude told Ratchet , the girl was an orphan, it punched Ratchet right in his heart . And myself , that scene was so powerful . It really grinds my gears they rebooted the series and left so many unfilled plot holes and continuity errors
They didn’t reboot the series, after the movie failed they went back to the old timeline for rift apart

@@mattkugelman4369 The writing isn't that good in Rift Apart. The characters don't behave as they used to & Rivet looks nearly the same as Ratchet & contributes nothing to the main story. They did dirty Nefarious as well & I also feel that he is overused. I kinda feel bad that he ended up used & bullied by his own double. The game open the idea that Lombaxes have to deal with their doubles versions, where in Tool of Destruction makes it seem like they settle in a new land of their own. I like the writing of the first game & the future saga not counting Rift Apart.

The Future saga spin-off games are canon. They seem to only exists to hold those over who were waiting for the next chapter in the main line games. You can tell a lot of money wasn't exactly thrown into them but they still got the job done.
Pretty sure only secret agent clank and the 2016 remake aren’t canon.

Pretty much. He's extremely thin for his age. In Into the Nexus he's 26, and in Deadlocked it's stated Ratchet only weighs 97 and a half pounds. That's small! Well I guess his height has something to do with it, because he's 4ft 10in, which is hilarious because I'm 11 and I'm 4ft 7in. Yep, I'm thrree inches shorter than Ratchet and less than half his age lol.

At 24:00 the plumber does give cryptic advice, he didn't have any for Nevo because he wasn't the main threat. I love this character.

It's hard to fault the series for this game. Yeah, it wasn't good, but the cutscenes and the series' cheeky sense of humor was still intact. It was just an experiment that didn't work out.
However, Into the Nexus was great! One of my favorite Ratchet and Clank games. And I'll be there to get the new PS4 Ratchet game as well. I'm fed up and tired of the endless parade of shooters and indies. Most indies don't feel anymore different than a casual cell phone game off the app store. Give me a game with heart, great characters, and beautiful worlds to jump around in and explore. Give me Ratchet and Clank!

its the banjo kazooie nuts and bolts of the series still a ok game but not really fitting with the series
the only thing i don't like is that insomniac is starting to make the character more cartoony. for example ratchet has a skinnier body tiny legs and bigger feet and a bigger head than in the previous games clanks body got smaller or his head got bigger and qwourks legs got tiny. i don't want insomniac to make them look like todays cartoons wher they make charecters ugly and deformed to 'appeal to the kids'.

I love that Rift Apart is in the same universe but wish that Nefarious kept some of this change of heart. At least doing more to team up near the end of the game. I really thought he would too, it was the perfect time to. Seeing how awful the most evil version of himself was and realizing it's just impossible to win in Ratchet's dimension. Hitting the killing blow on that dude. And then they just crush him with the ship and we don't end up knowing what happens to him.
It would be great to see him finally be on the team so that he can be in more games without having to be the main villain. Kinda like how Bowser was in the Mario & Luigi games.
Actually we do know what happens to him. During the credits he's seen visiting Lawrence and he becomes the Godfather of his firstborn son

Though people have varying opinions when it comes to "All 4 One" this one thing is certain: This is the FUNNIEST Ratchet and Clank game in the entire series. Period.

Have you seen the new Ratchet and Clank movie? It has some great banter between Nefarious and Qwark, including one scene that got the whole audience laughing. But I won't spoil that one. Another scene however said this:
Qwark: "You died in the prison escape! They're were witnesses!"
Nefarious: "Amazing what people will do for the right price? What was yours, Qwark, to betray all your friends? Your face on another cereal box perhaps?"
