This guy has such a melodic and smooth voice which means that most anything that he sings is going to be great. One of the best voices and talent in the business. Big fan of Mr. Rucker. Liked him when he was with the Blowfish back in the day.

Thanks for the history. I actually just visited Charleston SC for the first time for the Low Country Jazz Festival. I loved it. One of the reasons I wanted to visit Charleston was because of this Darius Rucker video and song. Also was hoping to run into him. LOL I know wishful thinking. Anyway didn't get to explore all I wanted to because of Hurricane Dorian passing through. But I will definitely make another trip back there to explore all the beauty and wonder of Charleston. Ate at an outstanding restaurant called Magnolia's. So many fine dining areas to choose from.

Unfortunately, it didn’t do well enough to catch on, but I think it’s fantastic! Also, I’ve heard him sing Frank Sinatra songs, and he even did a cover of nothing else matters by Metallica, and also just released a cover of a Rihanna song. This guy can sing anything!

I’ve listen to lotta different genres of music but country music is so uplifting and has such a positive if your message. Not saying the other genres of music have it but I felt a real connection country music for the last three years. I love it so much and I have truly become a fan.

Thanks for the history. I actually just visited Charleston SC for the first time for the Low Country Jazz Festival. I loved it. One of the reasons I wanted to visit Charleston was because of this Darius Rucker video and song. Also was hoping to run into him. LOL I know wishful thinking. Anyway didn't get to explore all I wanted to because of Hurricane Dorian passing through. But I will definitely make another trip back there to explore all the beauty and wonder of Charleston. Ate at an outstanding restaurant called Magnolia's. So many fine dining areas to choose from.
I lived in Charleston for a few years and I still miss it. One of my favorite cities ever, and I wore out my Hootie and the Blowfish cd while I was there!

@@michelleanchondo258 if you have an eclectic taste in music, check out other things he has done. For example, he actually put out an R&B album before he went country. Unfortunately, it didn’t do well enough to catch on, but I think it’s fantastic! Also, I’ve heard him sing Frank Sinatra songs, and he even did a cover of nothing else matters by Metallica, and also just released a cover of a Rihanna song. This guy can sing anything!
