Print and Cut is super easy with the Siser Romeo and Juliet! Let me show you how easy it is with these really cool craft cutting machines! There will be 2 tutorials in this 1 video. The first tutorial is how to design from scratch right in the Siser Leonardo Design Studio. The next tutorial will be how to create a print then cut tag using svg & png files that we find elsewhere! I even walk you through trouble shooting! My promise to you as the teacher is that I want you to love your machine! If you don't and are getting flustered I want to help you! Ashlee. I think I've got it ! I went step by step with your tutorial. I figured out how to stop the cut lines on the text of my circle design. Got it to print with page marks Now how to figure out the cutting part will be next

A few things I would like to see:
Die cut, easy peel stickers with overlay
A cardstock project
A pen/marker project
Does the Juliet foil? If not is there a work around?
Does anything need to be done to imported files to make them cut friendly for the Leonardo software?

Thanks for the tutorial! Do you notice a difference in speed/quality when you cut in wifi vs. USB mode? Also, what is the reason behind moving your page marks closer to the printed area?
Oh yes, I notice a huge difference. Even when I use my cricuts I try to stay on USB versus WiFi. At least where I am my craft room is far from the router so I’m constantly having internet issues.
I move my page markers because it just ensures that my printer won’t cutoff the registration marks. So many times I didn’t adjust the marks and my registration marks get cut off 👎🏽 I started always remembering to hug my cuts and now I have zero printing issues.

You don’t, but the registration lines won’t work on other machines.
This was helpful. I'm new to Siser machines and software and it's hard to find detailed information even now. I'm using holographic foil sticker sheets and having issues with cutting on my Juliet. I believe it's because of the reflection. I know with some reflective paper using other machines, you can put matte tape over the registration marks but that hasn't worked for me. The Juliet wouldn't read the reg. marks at all with the tape over it. I'm not using an overlay like in your other video. I was wondering if you have any tips/tricks though? Thank you for the great tutorials! I hope to see more detailed videos using Siser Leonardo.
Hi! There’s a light button on the LED screen. You can adjust that to a couple different light levels. Another thing you can try is shining your phones flashlight on the marks while the machine is doing the work. That said, I haven’t needed to do that before on the siser machines, this is a trick I use for my cricuts.
@@ashleefalco Ohh I forgot about the flashlight trick. Also I just did a test on matte printable vinyl and it still doesn't cut accurately. I'm going to calibrate and see if that helps.
@@ashleefalco I think I was lining up the blade wrong. I thought it needed to be on the arrow. Just realized it needs to be on the reg. mark ABOVE the arrow so I feel kind of silly now. Brain fog
What force and or pressure would you recommend the cut settings be in order to make sticker sheets?
Hello!
I always suggesting you doing test cuts on your own siser to get your own cut settings. The reason for this is because the siser machine is so customizable that no 2 machines are going to have the same cut settings.
Hi Ashlee, I align the paper to the pointing arrow and it still has issue picking up the right corners. Example it picked up 1 corner then went too far and went pass the second corner. I wonder where this gone wrong..
Sounds like your page size isn't set correctly, because it should go straight to the next arrow. Something isn't set correctly.

Is this with Leonardo Pro version? I don't have the option duplicate copies. And I don't have so many options down under...

I can't find the tile array icon. Is it only for pro users?
Sadly I’ve found out a lot of features are only given to pro users. Thankfully you can do everything else but that in this video.
i am brand new to juliet and Leonardo. all I want to do is create my own circle sticker for my pepper jelly but I am having issues inserting the pepper clipart and letting it print I have been working on this for over a week Seems like none of the tutorials have the answer for my question. Ihave previously designed in Silhouette but with their issues now I cannot get it to save as an svg

Was this done in leonardo basic or pro design software Part 1. If you are using the pro you should let us know as I was unable to duplicate your proceses
I'm unsure what features are included with pro and not, so it would be impossible for me to tell you.
I don't see the "Tile Array" option. Is this only for Pro version?
Sadly I’ve found out this is a pro version feature. Luckily you can just copy and paste and manually do that step (wish they’d put this feature in the free section)

I would stay out of the beta version of Leonardo. It has a ton of glitches
