Seeing clown being played at different levels of skill, is a mindfuck within itself

@Beanbowill yeah, personally I feel clown isn't the strongest killer of them all, but his power does have decent potential, making him a high b tire for me and low a tire. But seeing a man make a 7 month long analysis of clown and then 6 months later come back again. I throw all the logic I have on him.
the audacity of this man to bring the Clown to a tournament against one of the best groups of survivors and actually hold his ground incredibly well.

Typically in tournaments like these, the killers are sorted into types and you have to pick one of a certain type of killer with bans in place. This would've been the anti-loop type, probably, but excluding the strong ones like Artist, so Clown becomes one of the best options
@@sorin_markov Specifically for this round of tournament, the options were Doctor, Clown, Trapper, and Myers. the latter two would be an absolute nightmare to play so Clown and Doctor were clearly the better choices
Round 1: Shape, Trapper, Doctor, Clown - Coal Tower
Round 2: Wraith, Pig, Onryo, Ghost Face - Midwich Elementary
Round 3: Huntress, Deathslinger, Trickster, Nemesis - Wrecker's Yard
Quarterfinals: Dredge, Blight, Spirit, Artist - Gas Haven
Semifinals: Plague, Onryo, Wesker, Pyramid Head - Dead Dawg
Finals: Singularity, Twins, Knight, Skull Merchant - Azarov's

I really love Forced Penance!! So many survivors just love taking hits for eachother
it really shines on killer that need the injuries eg twins
It would be amazing if it gave like a 25% healing debuff when others heal that person too or oblivious on top of it. They could even make it 120 seconds or more if they removed it from working on unhook protection hits. Great perk, just a little too niche compared to something like Make Your Choice.

i mentioned twins because it was quite literally the best perk on her bahahha
This perk has won me quite a few games, especially since attacking a survivor while you're carrying one counts as a protection hit on them, breaking them for later even if you drop your carry.
Avarage casual match after 7pm be like:

these game commentaries are some of your best content. would love to see you commentating noobs as well so more ppl can learn, but high-level players are fun to watch as well ofc

If you guys watch a lot of otz's twitch streams, he's unexpectedly very skilled with Clown compared to the other killers, even though he doesn't play him as much as Dredge, Plague or Trapper. I am not surprised he picked him for the tournament, but I am surprised he doesn't acknowledge more his proficiency with him. Anyways, well played!

ive got 200 hrs in the game and started probably 5 months ago and the killer I probably have the most struggle with are deathslinger and clown. Clown basically countering regular looping is such a weird thing for me. At my 200 hrs I dont have nearly enough knowledge map related or in chase especially for weird killlers like clown, this really helps!
Realistically speaking, with no gen slowdown and only NWO slowing down the endgame, you stomped on that comp team. 7 hook states is a killer win for sure, and on Clown of all killers? You are an amazing player Otz, being able to outplay another team is awesome.

to the untrained eye the shack pallet moment just seems like somebody bungling into a hit, not realizing it came down to individual microseconds, unbelievable play.
If they managed to cleanse noed 2 seconds earlier that would have been one of the most impressive plays ever

@@artemyburakh12 Idk, I feel like if they cleansed noed earlier adam could've tanked for Renato then Renato tanks and they could've both escaped without any downs, it still was an amazing play

I was really thinking about trying to start playing in dbd tournaments. I only have 1,500 hours in the game which isn’t near some players n I’m definitely considered a noob still I’d stay but I’d have loved to play in the tournaments. Idk what happened to make community cups stop but I’m not in fogwalkers so does that mean I can’t do anything with dbd tournaments?

Watching comp matches like the ones during the DBD Community Cups will always be the reason I laugh at survivor mains saying the game is killer sided. The community cups do an excellent job of showing how strong 4 good survivors with good communication can be. Sadly too many survivor mains think they are actually good at the game and because of that if they lose obviously the game is killer sided.
Yeah I agree when all 4 survivors are in coms it is survivor sided then. Not a thing a killer could do against a survivor squad that’s all in VC and actually well planned
Unless you are in a 4 man swf with comms yes, the game is killer sided indeed.
