I love this machine.. I usually do 3 sessions in a workout.. One to activate my body then go do my workout.. Then the second I go in a plank stance and do my core and upper body... 3 and final .. I do it entirely in a squat position.. I do it for 11mins and zero air flow makes it a sauna effect
Oooo okay! Maybe I should try it without the fan? I did notice once I turned the fan off it got considerably more hot 🤣 I immediately turned it back on because I wasn’t sure if that was right! Thanks for watching and commenting! 🤍
@@charaejae So far so good. The only thing that I noticed I might not like, it's the fact that it's easy to dial out on accident. Hopefully I can find a setting that can prevent that. Literally just connected yesterday so I can't wait to travel call, taking pictures and text features. That will be the real test
Thank you for sharing a full video of your experience. Today was my 2nd time using the machine. I didn't too much like the vibration because it felt strange and I am a bit claustrophobic could not close the door of fear of something happening. I will be using it often as I continue with Planet fitness really looking forward towards the benefits.
Thank you so much for watching! I felt the exact same way when first using it. I do love the warmth the machine gives off. It feels like I’m at a spa honestly! Good luck with your fitness journey. There will be more content like this on my channel 💕🙂
Honestly, I haven’t quite figured that part out yet. It just took some playing around. There’s buttons in the middle that I think have something to do with it
There’s a button on the panel with 2 feet. Press it and press the up and down button to increase or decrease the intensity. I usually setting 3 which helps build muscle. Also, which some may think is weird, you get better results using while in your “birthday suit”.
I agree! I love the cool down aspect. I just wish you could sit down! 😅 After a workout I have no desire to stand for another 12 minutes haha! Thanks for watching 🤍
I’m assuming that’s the proper term for it. It starts off red and as the cycle goes on it will turn white. From what I’ve read to see results you need to use it consistently for at least 90 days! Let me know how you like it ! 🤍
Oh wow! That’s so unfortunate. It definitely takes away from the experience. The privacy is actually much needed in my opinion. I wonder why it’s set up that way!!
If you ever heard of red light therapy, I’m assuming it’s supposed to be a version of that. Tightening of skin, better recovery after workouts, reducing inflammation. The research I’ve done shows that you’d have to use it consistently for at least 90 days to see results. Not sure if I’m that dedicated 😂 but it is a nice cool down process! Thanks for watching and commenting! 🤍
@@aliensoup2420 I highly doubt a body builder and the average person would have the same workout regimen anyway … and if you’re already paying for the gym membership, this machine comes at no extra cost. It’s just something to try and different things work for different people.
@@aliensoup2420 - It doesn’t matter what a body builder has to say, not everyone is at the gym looking to be one 😂 People are there to lose weight, tone muscle, gain strength, gain confidence, improve their health, etc. using this machine also doesn’t mean you can’t also get good sleep and eat good food too. There’s studies that have proven the effectiveness of red light therapy for other things like your skin so it’s not just for workout recovery. It’s also included in the membership so it’s not draining your bank account either. At the end of the day if people want to add this to their workout routine then why not?? Everyone’s fitness journey if different ✌️
Trust me when I say it’s fine if this isn’t your thing and doesn’t work for you. And $20 a month is still WAY less than any other membership out there. People can be different and coexist.

Yeah I have been using it for 5 years and randomly the video popped up in my feed. Good work
Thanks, I need to know how to use the buttons Today was my first time and I swear no one that works at planet fitness knows how to work it 🤦🏾♀️
That sucks that no one is trained to use it! How did you like the machine for the first try?

I love this machine. I usually do it without shoes. Great for toning.
Ok so I’m not the only one who thought it felt different with and without shoes lol 😆. Have you seen extremely noticeable results?
I used it today and the floor didn’t vibrate how do u get the floor to vibrate

@@scamp3180 thanks for the confirmation. I was wondering. 😊
I love the that machine. It feels so nice when I am done.

I usually hit it at the 1/2 point of my workout, it is a nice relaxing break and then go finish off the 5 abdominal machines and then THE MASSAGE BED.
Thank you! Trying it this week.
Thanks for watching! I hope you enjoy the experience 🤍
Is this an infrared light machine? It looks like it, I need to call and ask!

@@charaejae I will for sure!
Thanks for the info 👍
At my pf that machine sits right in the hallway 🤨😡

What is the actual purpose of this machine, looks like a gimmick to me.
