Thursday cardio, friday upperbody starting with push press and finally saturday lower body starting with single leg squats.

    Still scared of creatine because of what they say about affecting kidneys- how much water do you need to be drinking when you take creatine? Does collagen supplement work like glucosamine

    • @denisb2971
      @denisb2971 2 года назад +5

      It does not affect your kidney. If you do blood work it will show that you have "high" creatinine levels which would tell a somebody who looks at the results that there must be a dysfunction. Nowadays a proper doctor will realize that the high creatinine levels are pretty normal for athletes because creatine use is so common. So no worries, it's one of the most researched supplements on the market and it's been that way for over 20 years. You might still want to look for quality labels such as "CreaPure" to be on the "safe" side.

    • @F-Tier_Physique
      @F-Tier_Physique 2 года назад

      It is natural, but it might do absolutely nothing for you. Very few studies, almost none of them prove reliable results on humans. If you got the money and have trained for a long long time naturally then maybe shell out for some of mpmd/dereks ecdysterone and turkesterone. Some people claim better results than creatine and other people said it literally did nothing. From personal experience I'd say sligthly worse improvement than Creatine. Theres also alot of debate whether Ecdysterone is actually better overall, so maybe do equal full daily doses of both. Probably better results from just spending more on high quality game meat, high quality veggies, high quality fruits, high quality eggs and high quality milk, instead of the turk.
