tried them because I read no flower and they tasted really great with bit of cajun herbs on it and baked in airfryer really good and light and fluffy thanks alot for sharing oh I sort of made them filled now I cooked carrots with the poratoes and cut some springonions and stamp it and make some kind of bigger balls and cooked them in airfryer really nice is good basic for all kind of veggies in it just good to put in fridge for few short time so it stay ferm and make potatoe veggie balls easyer

Yeah, that would work. I will have to try that! To cook the potatoes soft enough for mashing without washing out all the flavor, I like to drain the potatoes right before they are done, just before the edges start crumbling, and leave them in the still hot pot with the lid on. (That little enamel cast iron pot is perfect.). Then the potatoes keep cooking without getting washed out, leaving more flavor and better texture. This is where I throw the butter in to melt, too, and even sometimes turn on the heat for a moment more. The other method is cooking the potatoes whole in the skin in the Instant Pot or other pressure cooker (timing is tricky), or regular pot (takes longer). This leaves you with a stickier, starchier potato to mash which might work well for this application.

오븐이 없어 에프(180도 / 20분)로 돌려먹었는데 진짜맛있어요... 유일한 단점(?)은 술을 불러요... 13분도 해봤는데 구움색 예쁘게 내고싶으면 15분은 구우셔야 할듯.

How long did you bake and what temp?
@@MuudboardI dont know if you saw it in the video, but you are supposed to bake them for 45min with a temperature of 175°C. I hope it helped.

180도 10분 돌려보시고 황갈색 색이 올라온다 싶으면 뒤적뒤적 해서 190도 5분 돌려보세요.
처음부터 190~200도 돌리면 원하는 식감이나 색이 안올라오고 타버리기만 할수도 있으니..
