Its not a hanging bishop. Actually its Alpha Zero who hangs his g6 bishop on purpose but Stockfish can't activate his extra bishop for the rest of the game.
do you know little about chess ? there was other options that didn't preveal for example taking a pawn with a tempo against the queen which doesn't really work it maybe the only move to you cuz you're not very good

These are basically the best moves. The icon you see is misleading as the online engine can't think that far ahead as the engines playing. Thus sometimes the online evaluation gives a bad score, but in reality it is the best move.

It's easily one of my favorite moves in all the games I've studied, if not my favorite.

I’m not sure but I looked at it for a bit, if fxg6, Qxe6+, Kd8, Nxf7+, only way to avoid mate is to capture knight with queen giving 3 pawns and a queen for a knight and a bishop. Not sure but I saw no mate from there due to strong bishop pairs guarding mating squares. Edit: Kd8 I accidentally putKe8 but the point is the same. It loves to label moves in completely losing endgames as blunders or mistakes for no reason. Actually, the reason is that the depth at which it is running is sufficient to detect that the move played is losing but insufficient to identify that all other moves are also losing. But you know what I mean.

No. When the bishop is "sacrificed", it deflects the pawn from protecting the e6 pawn. The Qxe6, Kd8, and the Knight comes in to f7, and the black queen is lost because the Black king cannot move and might as well just resign.
