- About 3 years ago I started doing monthly VIP mail. It was the best thing I have ever done for my PRV! It took my website sales from 200-500 monthly up to 2,000-3,000 monthly! Trust Katie, you NEED to do this!
Could you share the rack cards so we can touch up for us please. I love this idea.

Thanks Katie! I had recently started this process but it definitely needed some refining. Love all your tips. Question: how do you handle the special release products in regards to happy mail? For instance the mothers or Father’s Day collections or the upcoming sunshine state of mind collection? Do you ever include those things in your regular vip mail? Or just clubbers?

This is amazing and I am so excited to start implementing it. Is there any way you can share your Google Sheet as a template to help get me started? This is the part I am struggling with the most and it's taking me so much time trying to figure it out. Especially how you roll it over monthly to keep track of their purchases. Implementing this today for December! I have made my stickers, rack cards, got my branding together and scent circles for the "first" order gifts! I have created the google sheet but that is the part that is intimidating me. Best way to transfer the orders from WS to the sheets or just have to go one by one? Thank you for your constant sharing!

Hi Katie, if a customer orders two months in a row, do you use the second order month as the begining of the 3 months or would it still just be first order with the 3 months?

Hey, this method is actually quite simple if you break it down. I think if you write it out, set up your spreadsheet to track, get you rack cards, stickers, and other necessities together it will get easier once you get going. Good luck!
