    Great pruning info. Love hands on examples! As a newbie with Adeniums, this gives me good ideas. Do you have any videos on when to make first prune at what age and first few cuts to form caudex and branches? Thanks.

    toothpick thru center of pruned branches affix to plant with removed outer skin where you'd like new branch to grow

    It looks like this has mealy worms!! Otherwise what’s all that white stuff in between the branches? They look fuzzy.. like mealy worms.

    sun or shade in our country? The sun is hot in the summer. Wait for a reply with thanks

    • @growinggreenthumbs7497
      @growinggreenthumbs7497  3 года назад +1

      Mostly sun but new to keep temperatures between 75-95 degrees Fahrenheit. If you get hotter temperatures then you can keep them in shade in the afternoon sun. Hope that helps and thank you for watching!

    Do you sell some branch. ? Ở thế baby plant just some month...?

  • @oldnordy2665

    I don't quite understand. By pruning the leaves, you take away the plant's ability to maximize photosynthesis - partially shaded leaves or not. Can't you just prune the few branches by themselves?

    Hey there. I use the cinnamon. But do i have to use glue? What does it do exactly? Optional?

    • @growinggreenthumbs7497
      @growinggreenthumbs7497  2 года назад +1

      Hi it is just an extra measure but complete optional. If you keep it mostly dry should be just fine. Thanks for watching!

    • @growinggreenthumbs7497
      @growinggreenthumbs7497  3 года назад +1

      Yes it can grow from branch cuttings. Typically you would do this in the early summer/ warm months. Thanks for watching!

      @@gabriellelacey1643 I believe the issue is your lowest temperature. That is getting to be too cool so the plant is slowing down on growth. Not a big issue, but it will take longer and will grow quickly once your temperatures get consistently higher.
