I use the rice tonic after I shampoo, let sit x 20 min and then apply my DC on top. The same method I do with tea rinses (cuz Curly Proverbz told me to do it!)

Anita is Anita🤣😂 Your hair looked really good after tho loved to see the green pop. These ingredients sound excellent.

Great video, so my Walmart is not with the times yet I’m going to try the Towson Walmart and see for my next wash day. Today I used Fayes fav not your mothers leavin and the mane choice tea DC.
This video is right on time! Today is wash day and I wanted to try the double cleanse method with shampoo and clay wash that you recommended. (I usually just shampoo twice) I was not sure if I should do the clay wash 1st or 2nd. 💙💙💙
You can do either or. The last couple of weeks, I did the clay first because it really helped to soften and detangle my hair before I shampooed. So, just depends on which products you have and what your hair needs in the moment. No wrong way if you ask me 💙💙💙

Is it normal to have little black residue in my hair?? I noticed it during the application. I thought I got it all out but saw a few as I was applying the rice tonic afterwards. This rock garden won't mess up my scalp or hair will it? 👀👀 Cuz Askin Curls said PJN $5 sale is coming up soon and I was gonna get more Clay washes and maybe another Kink Drink....... But I don't need a rock garden in my head every wash day....🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️
@@jeanninegorden8142 Residue from a clay wash isn't normal in my experience. I do DIY bentonite treatments and use a PJN cleanser that has Rhassoul clay in it.
@@jeanninegorden8142 sounds like it could be the charcoal. The PJN product I have is the Hydro Quench Curl Cleanse, which is great. I haven't tried the PJN clay wash you mentioned but thought about it. I think I will skip that one now.
